She's warm and friendly and so accommodating. You cannot find a better person to deal with. Melissa is my go-to teller. What a wonderful lady! She is so kind and patient. I have a cognitive disability and she goes above and beyond to help me with my transactions. I cannot say enough words to describe her patient and endearing nature. She's phenomenal! I love them dearly. And if Melissa is not available, Ms. Vanessa will help me. Another warm and caring person. These are the type of folks that I could be friends with,,,actually I do consider them as my friends. Andrew, who handles investments is absolutely great. He can tune into your personality quickly and help you make decisions based on your nature, whether you are a conservative investor or one who likes to take a chance. He was also patient with me and takes extra time to fully explain investments and possibly re-explain in my case. He is easy and comfortable to spend time with and makes me feel ok with my disability. He keeps me abreast of my investments and is an awesome communicator, as it relates to my account with him. The representative called to confirm our appointment when I needed to take my senior mother for help with documents. When we arrived, several staff members greeted us with warm words. They took a genuine interest in making sure we had everything we needed. This is a well-managed branch. What a refreshing experience! I am grateful for MECU. The world would be a much better place if all businesses treated people with such courtesy.
