My Husband passed away in July 2024, and I called them and told them then I get a letter in the mail in November from DMV telling me that I needed to get the car reinspected and titled and registered in my name. So I go get it inspected . I get it done failed it needed new tires new brakes I get it reinspected passes but now I can't get it titled or anything because Landmark won't take my husband s name off the loan and they keep saying you have to give us time. They knew all this before Thanksgiving and they knew the whole time his name was the only one on the title So how did you give us both the loan for the car We had this car for like 3 years. If i can put less stars i would ! This place has no concern for any situation but getting their money, they don't give you any type of grace period and they'll call you the second you didn't pay on time. I paid on time everything but $40 this month and guess who didn't waste anytime calling me to look for FORTY FREAKING DOLLARS.
