I am very disappointed in the services received. I called on behalf on my parents, told the…read morereceptionist that I was calling about a pro-bono case, she asked me questions and set an appointment for them, she also told me there was a $50 fee, which I thought was odd but I was willing to pay if the rest of the case was pro-bono. I asked how it worked and she said the attorney first had to meet with them and agree to take on the case. Seemed reasonable. She then asked me all the details of the case, which I gave her, she then set up the appointment. Well, the first thing the attorney told them was that he did not take on that type of pro-bono cases, and that had I asked he would have let me know. The problem is that I told the receptionist the whole story and she set up the appointment. This was a waste of time and money for my parents, who had to take time off work to be there. In addition, the attorney took calls during their meeting, discussing other cases, which is extremely unprofessional.
