In 2 years (half of it on lockdown because of the pandemic), I got my permanent residence status approved. As soon as my H1B transfer was completed, she pushed through again to get the PERM done, I-140 that gets me an EAD card and Advanced Parole for travel, then I-485, all very smooth.
