What a deal! The saltwater pool is staffed by friendly lifeguards and kept up to code. While no locker rooms per se, one can shower and change in the pool house. Separate sections of course for men and women. There are water slides for kids, picnic tables, shaded chaise lounges .... and the pool itself is heated. At no extra charge are 10:30 a.m. water aerobics classes, conducted by lifeguards Tuesday through Friday. The pool is popular, with plenty of folks showing up even when it's chilly, for water aerobics. As a newbie to the area, I'm impressed with how friendly and helpful the "regulars" have been to me.

I have been a member since 2019 and slacked a little during COVID and when I got back they implemented a new 3D system for your body that tell you body fat and focus areas.. it's pretty interesting they also have a nutritionist on staff that gives you a food plan. The prices are a little high but they help keep the younger people out of the gym which makes it more comfortable for me to work out. I also took one of the best yoga classes in the yoga studio.
