      This is a toughy -…read more I was under the impression that it was going to be way less expensive. I was quoted twice what I thought (based on conversations prior to the in person estimate). The drivers missed my window and that caused a huge setback for me - and lots of stress. I had left the site and had to return, which they accommodated. When they arrived they were very nice and professional however I was super disappointed by the overcharging tactic or what felt like bait and switch. I absolutely refused to pay their exorbitant fees and negotiated - I got what I wanted but was so disappointed by it. I mean, if you wait until the day of your move you will be overcharged so I suggest you get the estimate in advance I think the business model is great and well executed - just wish it was more honest so people can know what to expect up front The guys did a good job and didn't cause any damage or waste time. It was quick and painless (but I also had all the furniture lined up for them in one room).

      The business is a scam. I had a large couch, 1 coffee table and a ceiling fan. Was told $129 to…read moremove the items, which were near the front door and then a range for the space on the truck but that they wouldn't know until it was on the truck. At this point you have no choice but to continue. In end, this cost me $678.00 which is ludicrous, especially for items that can clearly be donated. On site visit for an estimate is inappropriate as I am sure this happens to everyone.....you find out the final price after it is on the truck....not cool. You should be able to get an online quote so you don't feel pressured to make an instant decision. I will be telling every person I possibly can, not to use this company.

      On Friday July 31st, 2026 I had my windows cleaned. I communicated via text with Griffin to make…read morearrangements. On the day of, a young boy by the name of Kyle showed up to do the work. I was expecting Griffin. Things progressed well until I asked for some of my screens to be wiped with a damp cloth as per my communication with Griffin. My request was declined. I am assuming for safety reasons as one would need to access the windows with the use of the ladder. Later, I showed the windows that needed to be done at the front of the house. I was asked to check the windows to determine if all was satisfactory. I did notice one that needed more attention and Kyle did redo that one. I gave him the greenlight to pack up and go. Once in my bedroom, I noticed one other window was forgotten about. I am taking half the blame. I reached out to Griffin and he asked for a picture via text which I did send. I was told that they cannot return to do one window and I was offered a refund for the one outstanding window. To make a long story short, I have yet receive anything for that one window and I have not been successful in connecting with either of them. I am simply being ignored. This is to inform people that it is best to have a written contract in these types of arrangements to avoid dissapointment.
