I was totally clueless regarding issues with my roof, but Andy took the time to explain the process to me, step by step. He came to my home, walked around the outside showing me things that needed repair. Andy was there when the adjuster showed up and made calls on my behalf to ensure I was being treated fairly. Not many people go the extra mile like Andy did.
