A new dishwasher, washer and dryer were installed before we moved in. The maintenance people are excellent. They are very responsive. We have had them respond in less that an hour for a minor issue. They are very courteous. The complex is very very quiet and well maintained. They are upgrading the gym as we speak with new equipment. There is a very nice tennis court and pool. Management is very responsive.

On Saturday around 4:30 PM, a delivery driver could not find my apartment. Since the Luxer One system was down and customer service said they were waiting for a technician, I asked the carrier to leave my package at the leasing office. The package was kept in the office until Monday , when it reopened. When I came to pick it up at 8:55 AM and waited for the 9:00 AM opening, I was met with rude treatment and an employee used inappropriate language toward me. I also noticed the package appeared to have been opened, even though I was told it had not. A maintenance employee later said staff are not supposed to receive residents' packages. If that is the policy, the package should not have been taken into the office. I hope management addresses this with better communication, professionalism, and accountability. We still love the apartments and believe this issue can be resolved.

(In fact, he thought it was my husband - who didn't even see what I wrote.) Zac's response, though polite, was unprofessional in that he did not respect my choice to be anonymous. Secondly, I write reviews for YOU - those looking to rent. I only comment on things that affect me or things that I would like to know about if I were looking. I kept it anonymous because I live here. Seems it doesnt matter. The gym is small. We knew that moving in, so I'm simply saying that if there are three people, it's pretty full. My husband and I got gym memberships elsewhere. The clubhouse (indoor space) is available during office hours. Other complexes have it available to residents after hours. Minimal food trucks & events since March (this review is being posted in August). After my previous review, I was told it was because they are short staffed and will have one soon. I admit I wasn't aware that staff had to be on site during a food truck event. We used to participate and enjoy these regularly. I'm not sure my husband and I will from this point forward. There is one grill, which means you may have to wait. You also, may not. My husband and I have waited multiple times. Also, the grill space is not covered, which can be uncomfortable in rain or hot sun. Since last spring a huge drainage pipe has been stickingout of the pond. If you like to walk around the pond, as my husband and I do, this is an eyesore. The half-mile trail around the pond is pleasant to walk, but there is a lot of overgrowth that one needs to walk around. We talked to the office about a month ago about this, when its been a problem for much longer. After my recent review, it was replied to that they have new landscapers will address this. Again, this is review for potential renters. If you are looking to rent, and none of those factors make any difference to you, then there are positives. You will love the apartment layout. The ceilings are high and the open floorplan is spacious. And, if you have a balcony, these are the best I've ever seen - especially for an apartment. Also, it's an extremely short walk to Tradition Square.

First a resident tells me they are the mayor of community I laughed .after that same resident kept parking his car on top of mine so i could not open my car door. Told office and nothing was done. Photo of each time he parked next to me Than a note put on my car telling me that other people would like to park there and there kids play there (take your kids to park) not in a parking space. Office was told and shown note again they will put in file. after that Both my trucks get vented from someone opening there door on my car Photo (office put in file) Few weeks later my car tire get sliced (photo) office does nothing. Now i have to put camera to watch my cars I did not move here to live this way. After this a new resident moves in upstairs with dog . Night after Night barking i recorded this 3am sent to office no reply. then same resident get a note on her door scream about her dog (we know the note bandit) next night the young lady with dog someone is banging on her door scaring her OFFICE does nothing !! you can show them photo ,video and nothing is done Not to mention they charge each resident a cleaning fee at move out of $300 i think is a joke being when i moved in my sink was cracked the granite count was cracked as well as shower wall cracked, The floors were dirty . maintenance use the wrong color paint to touch up wall there were dots all over the walls i had to paint the wall myself after asking for touch up paint for a week the tub floor looked like someone dirty feet just got out shower Trash can was dropped off with old trash stuck inside it , This is suppose to be luxury living we pay for. Back gate open since i moved in front gate broken for 3 months anyone can drive in. I gave notice to vacate office refuse to take my notice with me paying upfront all the fees and breaking lease terms .I plan on contacting a Lawyer with all the photo and video this place was not livable for me . Maintenance responds to request in a reasonable time and even though I don't like the property manager very much the office staff are great. My girlfriend loves Megan, we always go to her whenever we have an issue and she makes sure it gets fixed for us. I have a lot of family members that live here now and she helped all of them move in and we all love her. Overall I think this is a pretty good place to live and I would recommend it.

At this point, I swear it feels like they have a contract with the towing caca boys company to tow every car they possibly can. Our experience at Bella Vista Apartments has been a nightmare from the beginning. Ever since we moved in, it has been one problem after another. We were promised a clean, tidy, move-in-ready apartment. Instead, I walked in and felt like I had stepped into a crack house. The apartment was NOT properly put together for new tenants. About a month after moving in, I was away in Broward County for an entire week to give birth. Before coming home with our baby, I submitted a maintenance request to have our AC repaired. While I was away, I received an email saying the AC had been FIXED. Cute. We came home with our baby, who had just been in the NICU, and walked into an apartment that was 90 DEGREES. So what exactly was fixed??? Because it definitely wasn't the AC. Then there's the ongoing pest problem. It does not matter how many times pest control comes. At this point, it feels like the man is spraying WATER because I genuinely do not understand how pest control can come repeatedly and there is STILL no improvement. The pest need to start paying rent here. And don't even get me started on PARKING. My car was previously BOOTED after I forgot to update my license plate, and I received absolutely NO warning beforehand, "Hey, update your license plate before it get towed". Apparently, updating a license plate is some type of towing emergency around here. Now my car has been TOWED AGAIN because they were doing work on the parking lot. Management claims they sent out emails. I can't not find one email regarding this matter but according to them I read their email. Now they're claiming they knocked on residents' doors early in the morning to warn people about the parking lot repair and posted notices in the breezeway. I didn't hear anyone knock on my door. And the so-called "notice" in the breezeway? A piece of paper that is EXTREMELY easy to overlook. If you're planning to TOW people's vehicles, how about making sure residents are ACTUALLY aware their cars need to be moved? For the amount of money residents pay to live here, this is ridiculous. I wish I had known what living here was actually going to be like before signing this lease
