It is dog friendly and many people unfortunately don't clean up after their dogs even though there are stations throughout. Gates - it is gated, however, they break A LOT. It's very annoying how often they break. Most recently they were broken for at least 3 weeks. The new management woman, Kimber, is nice yet strict which I don't think is bad since a lot of people have big getting away with many things! Such as breaking pool rules and parking wherever they want. I have never once had an issue with parking. One time a neighbor parked in my spot, but after leaving a note it didn't happen again. Maintenance staff is great. They normally come on Thursdays to cut the grass. Sometimes they wait a long time though and it's difficult to walk my dog. If you need repairs, people have come to fix things such as my bathtub drain and mold after Hurricane Irma. Many photos they post are of the clubhouse...which can be misleading. Majority of condos are outdated with the tiled floors and older counters. Definitely no new or modern looks. Condos are affordable. Some are cheaper if they have the super old interior.

A new dishwasher, washer and dryer were installed before we moved in. The maintenance people are excellent. They are very responsive. We have had them respond in less that an hour for a minor issue. They are very courteous. The complex is very very quiet and well maintained. They are upgrading the gym as we speak with new equipment. There is a very nice tennis court and pool. Management is very responsive.

On Saturday around 4:30 PM, a delivery driver could not find my apartment. Since the Luxer One system was down and customer service said they were waiting for a technician, I asked the carrier to leave my package at the leasing office. The package was kept in the office until Monday , when it reopened. When I came to pick it up at 8:55 AM and waited for the 9:00 AM opening, I was met with rude treatment and an employee used inappropriate language toward me. I also noticed the package appeared to have been opened, even though I was told it had not. A maintenance employee later said staff are not supposed to receive residents' packages. If that is the policy, the package should not have been taken into the office. I hope management addresses this with better communication, professionalism, and accountability. We still love the apartments and believe this issue can be resolved.

First a resident tells me they are the mayor of community I laughed .after that same resident kept parking his car on top of mine so i could not open my car door. Told office and nothing was done. Photo of each time he parked next to me Than a note put on my car telling me that other people would like to park there and there kids play there (take your kids to park) not in a parking space. Office was told and shown note again they will put in file. after that Both my trucks get vented from someone opening there door on my car Photo (office put in file) Few weeks later my car tire get sliced (photo) office does nothing. Now i have to put camera to watch my cars I did not move here to live this way. After this a new resident moves in upstairs with dog . Night after Night barking i recorded this 3am sent to office no reply. then same resident get a note on her door scream about her dog (we know the note bandit) next night the young lady with dog someone is banging on her door scaring her OFFICE does nothing !! you can show them photo ,video and nothing is done Not to mention they charge each resident a cleaning fee at move out of $300 i think is a joke being when i moved in my sink was cracked the granite count was cracked as well as shower wall cracked, The floors were dirty . maintenance use the wrong color paint to touch up wall there were dots all over the walls i had to paint the wall myself after asking for touch up paint for a week the tub floor looked like someone dirty feet just got out shower Trash can was dropped off with old trash stuck inside it , This is suppose to be luxury living we pay for. Back gate open since i moved in front gate broken for 3 months anyone can drive in. I gave notice to vacate office refuse to take my notice with me paying upfront all the fees and breaking lease terms .I plan on contacting a Lawyer with all the photo and video this place was not livable for me . NO sleep, cars damaged ,residents Disrespectful, Dogs barking all night . I don't recommend living here

Maintenance responds to request in a reasonable time and even though I don't like the property manager very much the office staff are great. My girlfriend loves Megan, we always go to her whenever we have an issue and she makes sure it gets fixed for us. I have a lot of family members that live here now and she helped all of them move in and we all love her. Overall I think this is a pretty good place to live and I would recommend it.

Garbage is rampant and the collection areas are always over filled and full of nasty smelly furniture that sits there for WEEKS on end. There was just a week ago a resident dog was killed by another residents dog. Complex did nothing to warn other dog owners on property about this. (Dogs were allowed to stay). According to lease on move in apartment was supposed to have been professionally cleaned and painted. States they provided that. Not true. Apartment manager admitted they had maintenance clean and paint. I can promise you, you can see the difference. Professional painters do not paint counters,bathtub,toilet, stove, etc, and what they paint is not 1 coat half assed slapped up there. Yet you expect the apartment to be perfect on move out or we lose our deposit. WOW SHADEY!!!!!!
