The hygienist cleaned my teeth and caused me so much pain I had to tell to stop. First time in my life that's ever happened. She wanted to co time but I told "No. I'd just like my tooth fixed." She left, got the dentist and he examined me. He then tried to sell me orthodonture. Saying the reason my tooth is chipped is my bite pattern. I told him "No, I just want my tooth fixed." He said "Ok" then left. Now at this point I was annoyed because they were doing everything but what I asked. The next person to come in was there finance lady Mary who wanted to chit chat. I did not. I replied with one word answers, yes, no, and she left. 2 mons later she came back and told me I would have to leave the office because I was rude. This left me a bit perturbed as while I had been brisk, I had not been rude. I then left as I don't want to be anywhere I was not wanted, and as I was leaving I will say I said "This is fucking ridiculous." I know not the nicest thing to say but I was incredulous at being kicked out of a dentist office. Mary felt this was a good time to lecture me in her NPR "mommy" voice about my use of language. This place is completely unprofessional. As I cannot be the first patient to be a bit brisk when being subjected to dentistry. Me and my 3 other family members will be going else where from now on.

It was only suposed to be changed a little bit on the left eye but I noticed both eyes feel and see different, and the office lady just said sorry here they are take them. No trying to work with me or adjust them at all. Very poor service, poor bedside manner, poor access, and the whole office feels like someone house. Not professional at all.
