I didn't realize until after we left the "barber" butchered all 3 of my boys. I had to go to a real barber to fix it and all three boys were done better. It was at the end of the day so maybe he was tired but he cut them horribly and his razor was so close that he cut all 3 on their necks. He left razor red marks and blood on all 3. He even had the audacity to ask for a tip which I game him. I should have inspected better when I was in the shop. Lessoned learned. Very unprofessional business. They have no clue on how to run a business or should I say he ..... ex oilfield worker. When the sign on your door says the business hours, the best thing to do is be at the business on time. I have been numerous times to get a haircut at 8 o'clock in the morning before work and no one is there. You call the phone number and again no one answers. I have even waited 45 min to see if anyone would show up. For instance today I showed up at 8 o'clock and there was a sign on the window saying they would open back up today at 8:30 so I wait until 850.No show...I even called the number numerous times no one answers. You're better off going to Supercuts because you know they are on time and answer the phones. Oh don't forget they are always under staff. I've only seen the owner in the place and I've been turned down numerous times walking in to get a haircut. He has lost my business.... read more

Let me walk out with patches of long and short hair, doesn't know what "to skin" means on a fade While I'm sure some of the barbers are skilled, it seems I've had the same problems others have had with Marc. He left patches of long hair and short hair everywhere, he combed and styled my hair I guess as a way to hide his mistakes. I had him fix a few tuffs of long hair when I saw them in my car mirror, but when I got home and showered I saw even more of my terrible haircut and had to fix it myself with scissors. Would not recommend this barbershop unless you NEED a haircut. Everyone has a "tough guy" attitude that comes across as rude, and the haircut felt rushed and came out uneven. I've never seen so many soft guys with a tough guy tude Went in for a cut, before I could look at it Mark put some kind of cream in my hair without asking, (I don't use product), combed it weird, to what it seems to me was to cover up that he left one side of my under cut about 2 inches longer on one side than the other! My husband stopped in to get a haircut. Clearly stated that they accept walk in's but were unable to accommodate my husband. They did not even provide seating to accommodate there so called walk ins. When the barber greeted my husband he clearly explained that he was booked which was greatly appreciated. But it was clear to my husband that the other barbers were not fond of doing a black persons hair. The really sad part is that my husband is an attorney and the other barbers clearly judged him based on the color of his skin as they did not want to acknowledge him or even attempt to accommodate him. I signed in and waited for an hour. They had three barbers working and didn't finish any of the current customers in that hour. I left to run a quick errand and came back to find the door locked. It was 3:30 and the posted hours said they were open until 6:00. I called them while standing in front of the locked door and told them that I had signed in and already waited one hour.
