My car is a Mitsubishi Endeavor 2007 so when my brakes did not work properly I request to Jay an estimation for rear and front brakes they answer to me and I made an appointment. Shortly after I left the car to the shop Jay called me with a good news you have left on your car about 2 years so is not a time to replace them. Honestly I was shocked by Jay's honesty and I ask him to check the brake fluid or some leaks somewhere and he replaced the fluid and charge me labour for one hour. So far so good the car is ok now and I want to thank to Jay and Andreea for their nice job.

After my car (2007 Honda CR-V) sat at his shop for three weeks, with the repair timeline being moved multiple times, I was finally quoted $730 for the job, including the diagnostic and labor. That sounded fair, so I agreed. However, when I came to pick up the vehicle, I was presented with a final bill of $1,137.29, that's 55.79% more than what we discussed. When I questioned the increase, Omar claimed I had agreed to the new price, which I absolutely did not. A proper quote should reflect the actual cost unless something unexpected comes up, which was not the case here. To make matters worse, I asked him to show proof of the parts pricing, particularly the starter ($425.31), and he refused to provide any documentation. That's a huge red flag for any honest business. Also, the $165 diagnosis fee felt excessive, especially when the problem was already obvious (starter failure). In my experience, this was not a transparent or trustworthy transaction. I cannot recommend Westmount Auto or Omar's services to anyone. If you value honest pricing and clear communication, stay away.

Some of the types of vehicles that come through: Just think: the owners of the Lambos, Ferraris, and Mercedes trust Vince and his staff more than the brand dealerships to work on their cars. As for value, Monza has technicians with over 25+ years of experience. They use high-quality products (LiquiMoly), and at the time of writing, they are usually ~$80/hr cheaper than certain dealerships. Vince does an amazing job not only owning the shop but also running it/operating it. He is never afraid to get his hands dirty. Monza has a vast network of contacts in the industry, and if you need a specific size of new tires - "he's got a guy," you scraped/nicked a rim - "he's got a guy" you need a new stereo or radar detector- "he's got a guy." I value loyalty, honesty, and trust. Vince (Monza) hits the trifecta. Also, on a side note, Vince is a huge community supporter, always giving back.
