I've been here a few times. Hein and Nancy are badass!! But, there is ALWAYS a long wait. Always! Which it me is a good thing, right? Means they must be doing something right. Hein takes much pride in his work. He takes his time. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. Nancy is very kind as well. Always does a good job. Some people may complain about her outfits or their music choices ...I'm not here for either tbh. But they usually play hip/hop or a movie on Netflix. read more

I never posted a review here because like many of the reviews my gripe is the wait i mean even when calling ahead or making an appointment it was very rare that we would arrive and my son go straight to the chair. 1 time his barber Nancy was not there and he let another girl cut his hair and umm NO we went right back in and Hien had to fix his hair. The owner Hien and his sister Nancy are amazing at what they do see my son photo but bruh the wait and music were too much for us so we were blessed when his new barbershop moved closer to our side of town and we have been good since the change. You can visit if you have time because it will be a nice haircut with Hien or Nancy I'm not familiar with the work of anyone else but I do understand like most the wait is often too much and the music also not kid friendly. read more

Every time I've been never had any issues! Love the vibes and music. Hien always does my cuts though and he does a great job everytime. Never have to worry about if my cut looks good or not I trust that man lol read more

Trash place..messed up my fades..All the males barbers are either high or rolling when cutting..The female always wear clothes with leverage showing and bending to edge with her boob's showing read more

This business is so unprofessional on many levels only , first when you come in has a walk in your not told nothing or welcomed your just looked at crazy. Secondly the employees are always high or drinking and they take there's times by getting in there phone every 5 minutes. Thirdly, appointments I don't why they say schedule an appointment they can't even comply with the appointment or don't respond , there employees well cancel last minute appointments with you over all this business is unprofessional and not for the people read more

I've been going to Hien for almost 10 years now. There's never been a time he hasn't been professional. He does right by his clients and he makes you feel appreciated for your business. He's one of the best barbers on the south east side of Houston. read more

Never acknowledges anyone that walks in. Twice sat and waited over 20 minutes with people walking in and out with no indication of whether there's a list or you need an appointment or anything. Four different people cutting hair and no one says anything to you, don't even bother to look at you or acknowledge your presence. read more

Place stinks of weed and you better make an appointment rather than walk in because walk in wait will be well over an hour even though the place is empty. read more

Great place to come for fadez.. Alot people don't have a Patient talk trashy on the barbershop ,if your don't like to wait go to different one .. . read more

This barber shop has THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. After two separate times of walking in and sitting down for 45 min, no one acknowledged me. Please support other small businesses that will provide way better customer service than this place. Other people have experienced this same type of service. I am not the only one. read more

I had last month gave this place a 5* review. I've read the negative reviews about them not respecting time...that was never an issue on the multiple times I've come here... until this morning. I arrived right at 10 (everywhere says it opens at 10). Already one in the chair and another waiting. After 45 minutes I was then told by Hien that he had an appointment at 11 and the other guy would get to my son next when he was done with his customer. That dude kind of smirked and said he had an appointment at 11 too. After that I just got up and walked out. I get appointments, I get having to wait for things. I dont get, as stated by numerous reviews, the lack of communication or heads up. I've even heard them talking about the reviews and on the phone complaints about this issue to which they brushed off as "well they should have asked what the wait time was" The lack of give a shit is strong and unfortunately I got a full helping today. Skill is skill which is present in the hands of Tien... you're out of luck. Sorry fellas, but you lost a return customer who could have been a very loyal one. read more

Came here and thought I was next for a haircut. Little did I know that you MUST have an appointment. What made me mad is no one told me Until about 30 minutes later that I had to wait for 2 other people thinking I was next. Also don't bring your kids here. There is a barber here that loves to speak profanity in front of children. He apologizes and keeps on going. I will never come back here sad it's heading in the same direction of goodfellas down the street. Remember there are so many barbers in our area be professional and please open at the time your sign says or change it. Don't open on time Make appointment or wait 2 hours No kids profanity spoken by one employee read more

Horrible place, made me wait just shy of 2 hours for a haircut I didn't even get because I left. They kept telling me the next guy got you over and over, not mention they take forever to cut hair their too busy on their phones, not to mention how unsanitary their being using the same clippers to trim their own nose hair/facial This is a piece of shit barbershop. read more

Hein and his team do an excellent job managing the traffic generated by the superior cuts they give. I've been going here for a couple years now and my appointments are always on time and i always get a fresh ass fade. Ask for Edward and make. an. appointment. You want to walk in go to super cuts read more

Terrible greeting service- you have no way of checking in or knowing who you will see as a walk-in since no one acknowledges you. Hair cut was good but we had to sit through some terrible Tv show that did nothing but drop F-bombs and show gross pranks the entire time. My kid didn't need to hear/see all that. Not sure that the hair cut was worth the surrounding environment read more

Hien is a super nice dude and is the best barber I've ever had. Problem is he's always behind even when you make an appointment, you'll still be waiting at least 30 min. One thing I never understood is he always used to joke and laugh about another barber that would always be behind schedule when Hien does the same exact thing. His sister Nancy is really good too and she's usually not as busy so I booked the last few appointments with her. But after today, I won't be going back there. Neither of them respect your time. It's a shame because like I said they both are great barbers but they need to do better with keeping appointment times. I wish Hien the best but I will no longer be a customer of signature fadez. read more

Good haircuts but horrible time management. I don't set up an appointment to sit there and wait for over an hour and still not get seated because "you're behind schedule". It's the same excuse every single time and you still continue to over book and set unrealistic expectations for yourself and the customer. Get it together already!!!! read more

We'll always wait for Hien Tu, he provides the best fades and service. Timing is off sometimes but you won't ever find anything better in this area. His work is great! When he use to have his shop on Bay Area he went out of his way to pick up my son for his haircut because I had a flat tire. My son loves going to Legendary Fadez, been going for the last 4 years and he'll most likely continue to go here when he starts driving himself. He loves it here! read more

Awful wait-times!! Even when my husband makes an appointment 3 days in advance, we end up spending AT LEAST 2 hours from the time we walk in to the time we leave. And he's been going here for years! They didn't used to be like this! We keep trying, hoping that this is just a hiccup but this past year it's been every time! The only reason he's given them multiple chances to correct it is bc he trust them and they're close. Good fades but nothing special. This was the last time and we'll go ahead and drive an extra 20 mins from here on out to his other barber to be taken on time as we're usually on a tight schedule. Bottom line: pretty good fades but don't recommend if you're pressed for time. read more

This is my favorite barbershop!! I been all over the place to find a good barber but never was satisfied. About a year ago, I was recommended by a friend to this person named Hein and I went there expecting it to be normal but he cut my hair just the way I wanted it. I been going to him ever since he opened. I drive 30 mins to get a haircut from him so that should say a lot. read more

You're better off just walking in and hoping to get a haircut because my god the lady at the front has absolutely noooooo time management skills. Appointments are useless read more

So in town from Omaha, Ne for some military stuff and needed to get my haircut before I go to a MMA fight in STL. I searched for barbershop and this name popped up. So I gave it a try. The woman that cut my hair did an awesome job! I got compliments all weekend on my cut. Not sure of the woman's name but she did great. Definitely worth giving it a shot! read more

Hien is the owner, really nice guy. Definitely the best barber in the area, gives "Legendary Fadez" as the name suggests. Call and make an appointment or you will be waiting 30 min- 1 hr, he's always busy. Alex and Nancy are also good, much less busy. Been coming here for 2 years and so have all my friends, never a bad experience read more
