After now having lived in two different apartments at Ashbrook (studio first, now 1-bedroom), we can't imagine finding any other complex as satisfactory as Ashbrook. The amenities, the staff, the maintenance, the location, the quiet, the luxury... they can't be matched. We're so grateful to get to live here!

The design is very modern, but doesn't look too quickly thrown together. The staff I toured with was knowledgeable and friendly, she mentioned she had not been here long, but was able to answer all of my questions. The only negative thing I saw during my visit here was a young child running naked around the pool area, I'm surprised the staff did not do something to stop this. Otherwise, the pool and other amenities looked great. If I were to live in an apartment in town, this would be my top choice!

There is a hefty cleaning fee and when we moved in there was dog food all over the carpet and random spilled things in the kitchen cabinets. We had to call police on neighbors multiple times for safety concerns and police was called on other units very frequently, this is not a leasing company issue but just goes to show the kind of people living there. Parking is horrible, no one seems to know how to. Pool hours are not respected and smoking restrictions as well so your apartment will smell like cigarettes or other substances once in a while. I'm aware prices have increased significantly since we lived there despite not having any improvements. Overall it was my first apartment and only lived there for 9 months but the constant issues with other tenants really motivated my husband and I to move out.
