I had a tractor and trailer unable to get traction on a snowy off-ramp in Wheatland. We just needed a little help to get some momentum. AA-Supreme said that they could be there in an hour and quoted me $1600. Lee's Towing was there in 10 minutes. 5 minutes later and $250 we were rolling. Don't use anybody else in the Wheatland area! 16 miles south of Wheatland, WY I was lucky enough to find a rubber bungee cord that had been lost in the middle of I-25. Since Teslas do not have a spare we spent some time finding the closest spot with a replacement tire. Unfortunately the closest spot was in Loveland, CO but Jake was happy to pick us up along with our two dogs and make the 110 mile drive to the service center. Jake is an awesome guy, friendly and helpful and constantly going to extra mile. Since the service center was closed for the day we booked a hotel down the street from the service center and Jake was happy to stop and drop the dogs off on the way. Once we got to the service center and dropped the car off and paid, Jake realized I was going to call a Lyft to get back to the hotel with all of our luggage for the road trip and he wasn't going to let that happen. He insisted on me loading everything up in his truck and he would drop me off on his way back to Wheatland. For an all around rough day, Jake went the extra mile to make sure our 4K mile road trip didn't get any worse. While I hope I don't need a tow service again any time soon, I wouldn't use anyone but Lee's and Jake if I'm in need in the area again. read more

Don't even deserve one star! They totally took advantage of me after I hit a deer in the middle of the night. They charged me $768.00 to tow my truck 30 miles. It was a simple hook up and tow. The next day we had to have the truck towed to Cheyenne (70 miles away) because the Ford dealership in wheatland wouldn't help us out. So we called around for another tow truck driver found one for half the price of Lee's towing not to mention very nice and clean trucks! Lee's truck was filthy and I actually had to sit on a five gallon bucket all the way into town. The next day after I calmed down from the wreck I called Lee's to ask about the charge and was told that's just what they charged and they really didn't care what the other company charged and then I was hung up on. I did actually question the charge to the sheriff officer and the tow truck driver the night of the wreck but was told the other companies wouldn't come out for 24 to 48 hours to pick my truck up. By the way the officer that worked my wreck called the driver without asking me who I wanted to call. So if you break down or wreck around wheatland Wyoming don't let them call this company. UPDATE: So come to find out all that was wrong with the mechanics of my truck was a busted air conditioner condenser not a busted radiator as I was told by Lee's tow truck driver. My truck was very drivable but not knowing any different I trusted someone that acted like they knew what was wrong with it and let them tow it. I called Lee's towing back and questioned the charge again and told whom I'm assuming is the owner of the company ( he said he was).I told him I felt very taken advantage of because I was a woman stranded in the middle of nowhere. I was cursed and told that I was a disgrace to women because he had 3 daughters himself and his wife was also cursing me in the background using some pretty choice words and was told I was going to be sued for this review and that his tow truck driver was not a mechanic to which I replied then why did he tell me my radiator was busted if he doesn't know anything about mechanics. That didn't go over very well either. These reviews are put on here to tell other people your experiences with companies that we use in our daily lives good or bad. Lee's towing of Wheatland WY could improve by not answering the phone shouting, "Fuck You!" to new customers who haven't had a chance to say hello. Not once but twice. When I asked to stop being cursed at I was told I was being unreasonable and hung up on. I kid you not it sounds absolutely rediculous but at Lee's towing that is the kind of customer service you can expect. They left me stranded and screwed over for having asked them to stop cursing unknown customers for committing the crime of having called them. read more
