My son seemed to enjoy it but did not partake like the others since he was tired. There was no wiggle room on time since we were in the trial phase. Price is $200 a month with a 6 month commitment with initiation fee, $230 if you want to go month to month. Since it seemed like our kiddo wasn't quite into it yet and maybe too young, we didn't sign up. I will say though, the establishment is clean. The instructors are attentive and it really requires discipline for the kids. We would consider trying again at a later time but the price tag just seems too high.

He started as a 4-yo and will be turning 6 in a couple months. What he is learning through IL-DO Taekwondo are not just benefiting him at home, school or in his other sports, but in his overall development. He is learning more than Taekwondo, he is learning to be a good human. To date, we have recommended IL-DO to 5 of his friends at school and from his baseball team. All have joined and seem to be enjoying and growing with the program. I recommend you give your son or daughter a chance to experience this program and take the introductory class and see it for yourself.

He became more responsible at home (small things like, making his bed, cleaning up and help mom etc.). Weekly chorus- behavior book is working out great! Over the past few years, we have seen tremendous growth in her confidence, discipline, and perseverance. In the beginning, she wasn't very interested, and there was a point when she even wanted to quit because the forms were becoming more challenging. I spoke with Master Choi about it, and he was incredibly supportive. The instructors slowed down the form practice to help her better follow along. With patience, encouragement, and consistent practice, she eventually mastered it -- and that moment was incredibly meaningful for her. Now, my daughter proactively practices her forms on her own, and Taekwondo has become part of her daily life. Through Taekwondo, she has learned not only physical skills, but also important life values: never giving up, respect, discipline, and self-control. Master Choi, Master Tracy, and all the black belt instructors consistently reinforce these lessons. They are firm when needed, but always kind and encouraging. You can genuinely see that they care about each child's growth. What I appreciate most is seeing the kids truly enjoy the classes while learning in a positive environment. We are very grateful to be part of ILDO TKD and highly recommend Elite Fitness Taekwondo to other families.

He has autism, and finding a program that truly understands and supports his needs was incredibly important to us -- and we found that here. Master Fahim is incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. He has a remarkable ability to connect with each student at their own level, providing the perfect balance of structure, encouragement, and compassion. It's clear he genuinely cares about every child's growth, both inside and outside the studio. Through tae kwon do, our son has improved his fitness, focus, and self-confidence. We've also seen big gains in his attention and reaction skills, and he's learning valuable lessons about self-defense, health, and safety in a supportive environment. What's even better is that our daughter, who doesn't have special needs, also enjoys the program. She loves the classes, the sense of community, and the fun way Master Fahim keeps everyone engaged and motivated. It's amazing to have a place where both of our children can learn, grow, and thrive together -- each at their own pace. We're so grateful for Master Fahim and the entire team at Therapeutic Martial Arts OC. If you're a parent looking for a program that truly understands children with special needs while also being wonderful for neurotypical kids, all while promoting physical fitness, focus, and personal growth -- this is the place.

We were not sure if our son will like Martial Arts because we tried before and it did not work. But this exact center is so special and Master Fahim has international experience with families from different backgrounds and cultures. We highly recommend Master Fahim.
