Used Yelp's business finder to get a few quotes for my two non-working low beam headlights, and…read morethis shop stood out right away. They responded quickly, were courteous, and didn't try to tack on a diagnostic fee just to take a look. When I dropped off the car, the technician walked me through their process, starting with the bulbs before moving into any potential electrical issues (which I really appreciated.) It ended up being the simplest fix: both bulbs were burned out. They had everything replaced within a few hours. Fair pricing, clear communication, and no upselling. I'll definitely be back for future repairs. Side note- they have the cutest shop kitten. ‍

I had been here once before and had a great experience, so when my car's AT light went on…read moreunexpectedly one night I called them first thing the next morning to see if they could get it in. They said they could and gave me a timeline for working on the vehicle that matched my needs. While I appreciate them getting me in on short notice, they consistently over-promised and under-delivered on when they would be able to work on my vehicle. They were able to diagnose a couple of leaks that they thought were the problem and sent me photos to show me what they were looking at. In the past when I've left my car at this shop for work they sent over a detailed estimate before starting the work, but this time I only received the verbal estimate over the phone. I drive an old car, which isn't worth much, and I did let the person know that I wasn't interested in investing more in repairs than the vehicle is worth. As it was, the two leaks were just over $1K to fix, and I OK'd the work to begin. After fixing the first two leaks, they then came back and told me there was a third leak, which would require a more major repair to the transmission and they would have to have their transmission person (who wasn't there that weekend) send me an estimate the next day. While I understand that it's plausible that the third leak wasn't something they could have originally diagnosed, it felt a bit weird that the photo they used to show me the leak was one of the original photos they had sent before starting any work. If the leak was visible in that photo, I'm unclear why they couldn't have diagnosed it earlier. The added cost of this additional repair definitely tips the scales of worth-it/not-worth-it to repair vs replace this car, so I wish I had had all the information before deciding to make the initial repairs. Unfortunately, despite stabilizing the ATF level, fixing the leaks did not resolve the transmission issue. On a smaller scale, they didn't check or top up the tire pressure, which most mechanics I've gone to have done as a courtesy when working on my vehicle. The day after I picked up my car the tire pressure light went on, and when I checked my tires all four of them had low pressure. It's a small thing, but especially when dealing with expensive mechanical items like cars, the small things matter a lot in creating a sense of security and trust with your mechanic. They did mention that they were under new management since the last time I had been in, which may account for the different experiences.

I went in because I was hearing an odd sound coming from my brakes and the dealership couldn't figure out what it was. They were going to charge me $300 to have a specialist take a look at it but I decided to just bring it here instead. Right away Christy took my information down and listened to my concerns. Kevin and their mechanic (I think his name was Francisco but I could be wrong) were able to determine where the noise was coming from within 15 mins of inspecting it. Kevin let me know what parts of my car would need some work in the near future. But what shocked me was they took the time to sand down one of my rotors free of charge. After that the noise stopped! I'll never forget their kindness and even though i'm moving away from the area soon i'll always recommend them to friends and family near Long Beach in the future.

This place on Bellflower used to be decent. Different customer service staff. I previously dealt…read morewith a young guy who was friendly. Came in today to get 1 tire changed and the manager was some middle aged guy with a bad attitude like he hates the world. Outright hostile and rude to customers. I dropped my car off at 12:25, I guess it was around 12:40 when he actually checked me in (I would come to learn this later). He told me it would be about 2 hours. I said okay that's fine, walked around for an hour and came back to wait in the lobby. I asked how the car was doing assuming it would at least be up on the lift by that time and he snapped "It hasn't been 2 hours I said AT LEAST 2 hours." I said yeah thats fine i was just curious if they'd started on it. Then again, an hour later he walked into the lobby and I asked how it was going. He sarcastically replied "I'm doing fine." Then I said I was asking about the car and again he got upset, raised his voice and said "I said it would be AT LEAST 2 hours until they started on it. I only have the one mechanic here." I get only having one mechanic but there was only one person ahead of me and he acted like it was unreasonable for me to ask about the car again. It had been almost 2 hours at that point, which he countered with "No I checked you in at 12:42." Okay-- so it was an hour and 40 minutes not the full 2. Then he said "You're asking me about the car every 30 minutes." I had only asked about it 1 other time which was an hour before. Idk what this guy's problem is but he's really rude and I told him as much. Adding on technicalities and context to say that he didn't mean "2 hours" but "AT LEAST 2 hours" and not to finish but to even start the work. I wasn't even making a big deal about it I was just checking in. There was literally no one else in the lobby besides me. I didn't snap back until he started raising his voice at which point I felt he was just being disrespectful. Idk what to say other than it was a really unpleasant experience and I wont be going back as long as he's there. I didn't get his name but my guess is he's the manager. Prices are fine. About the same as anywhere else. Save yourself the trouble and go to a nicer shop.

Unprofessional, dismissive, and hostile toward older vehicles…read more This was one of the most disrespectful experiences I've had at a shop. I called ahead and spoke with Gerardo, the manager, and was told it was okay to come in. I showed up in good faith, only to be turned away in person. Suddenly the story changed to "the guys are leaving early," and the entire tone shifted the moment they saw my truck was older. From the second I pulled in, the looks and body language said it all eye rolls, faces, and an obvious attitude like "why is this guy even here?" It was very clear they do not want to deal with older vehicles or anything that requires actual knowledge beyond easy, modern, plug-and-play jobs. Then Gerardo tells me it's $150 just for them to look at it, said in a way that felt more like a deterrent than a policy. The money is NOT the issue the issue is being told it's okay to come in, then being treated like an inconvenience because I didn't teleport there instantly. Expecting someone with a steering issue to arrive immediately is absurd. The whole experience felt like they just wanted to go home early and didn't want to be bothered. Completely unprofessional, misleading, and dismissive. If you have a classic car, older truck, lifted vehicle, or anything that requires real diagnostic skill, do yourself a favor and do not come here. This place clearly wants easy work only and looks down on older vehicles and their owners. I left angry, disrespected, and shocked at how poorly this was handled.
