Was traveling down 69 S in Southern, IN. That dreaded light on the dash came on...LOW tire…read morepressure. I took the next exit. Tire pressure was 23. I added air and off to Loogootee, IN and on my way the light came back on again! This shop had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Took the screw out of my tire and fixed it. Very friendly and southern courtesy. They even have a candy dish on the counter. I would definitely recommend using their services.

I thought I was getting a reputable business but apparently if you're from out of town price…read moregouging is what they do.had my vehicle towed there cause they assured me it would be quick and affordable then they tell me it will be almost 1500$ for the power steering lines and that they charge 175$ an hr for labor so I just arranged to pick my car back up and it was still 193$ for the inspection and tow.I feel this is absolutely outrageous and was mainly because they knew I was from 4 hrs away and only here because my granddaughter had surgery and now I'm stuck till I can get this repaired at a reasonable price!

I had a flat tire and no spare but I had a ride to pick me up and get…read morethe person who could tow me but by the time I got back 2 hours later, a state trooper had it towed. Funny but a state trooper passed me as I was sitting there with my flashers on but did not stop. Anyway, a state trooper had it towed to this place and when I called they said they could not tell me the price because they didn't know what all the driver had to do to tow it 10 miles so I would have to wait 2 hours for her to call me back with the price. The guy that I spoke to when I called back to ask about getting my stuff out which is my cleaning supplies for my business but he wouldn't even allow me to tell him what I needed but instead treated me like a child and made me tell him I understood. They finally call back to tell me it will cost me 245 and I can get it at noon the next day or Monday and it would be the same cost. I told her to tell the rude man I spoke with a few choice words and all the sudden he chimes in because he had been listening on the phone the entire time. He calls me back because I hung up on him but I hung up on him again because he tells me I can't get my van until Monday because of how I talked to him. This is very unprofessional behavior and he has no business being in or working at any business. There are bad reviews after another on their Google profile stating the same thing about their rudeness and overcharging. I believe they have a deal with the troopers and it's just a big scam.
