Left a message, and received a phone call back about 10 minutes later, saying the tech was available in about an hour. Tech Darren R. arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed a wiring issue with the sensor. Overall, it was a very good experience and I highly recommend them to others on Amelia Island!

He measured all the windows including for 4 honeycomb blinds, for large windows, and we discussed options for at least 4-5 other windows requiring other drapery and or hardware needs. He had some fabric samples with him, not much, but we did find and choose drapes for spring loaded curtain rods for another room. We are looking to install in the next couple of months, since we are finishing our home build. He said he has done other homes in Townsend, and everything seemed great. He said they make curtains too if had fabric, and asked me to send him the specs on the fabrics so he could calculate yardage. We sent him the information and he replied telling us that they will not take on our job, since we are too far out for them. This was particularly strange since he knew our location before he came out. I was not expecting this at all. It would have been one thing to say, hey, we don't have the resources to do the large window expanse drapery window (even though he said that wasn't an issue, and even showed us rod samples, and we chose curtain rod sample finishes too) However, we can certainly do the honeycomb windows and the bay windows. But to send an email refusing the whole job saying it was too far? I found this to be very unprofessional.

We were going to have our handyman from Atlanta come to do the work, because we had heard that it was really hard to find help to get projects like this done at a reasonable cost. We felt so lucky to have found the talented team at Honey Done! Patti set up both the initial appointment and the work appointments after we gave her a detailed list of what we needed done. A few days later, Dave came and talked to us about the job, and we gave him a detailed list of what needed to be done. About a week later, John and Kevin came to complete the work, and they were extremely polite, professional and hard working. We had mostly existing lighting that we replaced, including a brand new light fixture hung in the hallway, a chandelier hung in the front office, a light fixture hung in the dining room, three large pendant lights hung over the kitchen island, two outdoor lights hung, a Ring doorbell installed, a new kitchen faucet installed, new handle pulls installed in both our master and guest bathroom, sealing and caulking done in the garage. They did an absolutely excellent job on everything. We will recommend Honey Done to all of our neighbors and anybody else who asks. The pricing was extremely reasonable, the people working there were very professional, and the work was done to the highest standard. We are already making a new list with other things we want to do in the house. We highly recommend Honey Done for any home projects you may need done!
