I say keep looking. There are many probate attorneys on Cape Cod. When he noticed I was posting negative reviews on the web, attorney Tim McNamara sent me this email: "It has been called to my attention that you are posting disparaging comments on the internet about my firm, so that you have put me in a position that I cannot communicate with you any further. Please either remedy these comments and send me a complete list of where you have posted them, or have your attorney contact me." Sounds like a veiled threat but of course it's an empty one unless Congress has repealed the first amendment without telling anyone. In his response, seen below, McNamara claims I am not a client. What he means is the estate is his client. Well, I'm 25% of the estate so of course I'm a client. He's doing what lawyers do best: play word games. Yet another reason to avoid this firm. I'm sure he expects the estate to pay his fee when this is over, and I'll be expected to pay my 25 percent. Wow, what a jerk this guy is.

Tim was compassionate about our loss and calmly and confidently walked us through our options, answering every question we had, however random. He's truly one of the good guys, and he backs that up with solid knowledge of the law and consistent follow-up. Highly recommended.

He has shown no regard for the truth or ethical behavior as an attorney should. In my opinion he will do and say anything to attempt to sway the judge even if it is a lie. He lied on court documents as well about my past. He has also shown that he will bleed his clients dry with putting cases down the road and filing motions that are completely arbitrary. Buyer beware!!!!!?!

I was injured quite extensively while working out at a gym where there was a lack of proficient safety measures. I was left with broken bones and multiple surgeries after taking a fall. I was incapacitated for quite some time. Attorney Snow was very straightforward and honest about the timeline, explaining to me, in detail, the timeframe and what to expect, ( especially indicating that the case wouldn't come up for 2-3 years on the docket). He honestly took care of everything! All I had to do was give updates on my condition, of which he was quite compassionate. Most importantly, when you call the office or enter, you are greeted by a very pleasant, kind paralegal who literally takes a lot on her shoulders and performs it all with grace and perfection. Ultimately, my case went to mediation and I agreed to a settlement, upon advisement, and am now relieved it is over. You won't go wrong by using the services of Steven T. Snow. Good luck
