I made an appointment with Dien Leduc requesting a market analysis and comparable sales. She came to my home with printed comps that she printed . She toured my home. She wanted to leave the printed comps; however Once again I requested a written market analysis which she agreed to email. I had to email her to inquire and she responded by sending the same comps. I emailed her again and left a voicemail, that was days ago. Contacting her was a waste of time. The info she provided I could've pulled on Zillow. It is very unprofessional to not return telephone calls or emails. If it was something that you didn't want to do or perhaps you wanted payment? A realtor should be forthcoming. read more

ASK FOR MELINDA WHITE!! I can't say enough great things about Melinda. Throughout the entire process of purchasing our home, she went above and beyond in ensuring that we would find a home we loved. We were originally referred to a few other realtors, some of which either didn't return our phone calls, or couldn't find the time to schedule a showing. We came across a house we were interested in online, and Melinda happened to be the listing agent. We sent her a message and within minutes she responded, and she remained just as responsive throughout the entire process. Within a couple of days she put together a list of homes to show us, and it didn't take long for her to understand what our needs and wants were in a home. I was very impressed with her overall knowledge and expertise of things, and she knew right away if there were any issues that may not have passed inspection. She was honest with us the entire time, and we felt that she truly cared about what we wanted more than just making commission, which is rare nowadays. I was a lot more picky than my husband and didn't want to just settle on any house, and Melinda was very patient and understanding every step of the way. There was a home that we kept coming across online that she wanted to show us, and to be honest I wasn't crazy about the photos but I always trusted her so I went to see it anyway. Just as she knew we would, we fell in love with the property and the home right away. It had everything we were looking for and more. We put it an offer and after a few months, we finally closed on the house!
