The communication is excellent, the curriculum is strong, and the way they foster confidence and independence has been incredible to see. Small class sizes, super friendly staff, warm teachers... my son loves coming to school every day. He's learned so much in just the few months he's been here. He wasn't talking much but after 2 weeks he talks all the time. I like how much communication I have through the app they use, Procare, and the many photos I get all day. Their price is also super fair compared to other places we tried like Creme, which was a great place too, just wasn't the best fit for my son at his age.

I urge all current students and alumni to give your honest review of this school and the district…read more If you have attended Deer Creek you are aware of the many issues and lack of action in regards to bullying and physical assault. The administration failed again after punishing another student who was being harassed and assaulted. This is not the first time someone I know, or even in my own experience, have been a victim of bullying and/or physical assault. The administration's policy currently suggests you must stand by until help arrives when experiencing assault. Any other action is punishable via suspension, encouraging victims to submit to their assailer. This schools online image does not reflect its more nefarious reputation that all current students and alumni associate it with. In an effort to provide a more honest image of the school system for future residents, I urge you to voice your opinion on all and any platforms they are listed on. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about Chris and Birth Matters. My husband and I attended her…read morechildbirth, parenting, and breastfeeding classes. All were very informative, and emphasized parental choice and involvement. We also hired Chris as our doula. When I first heard about doulas, I assumed that they were only for woman who wanted to have super granola all natural births :) , but in fact their only purpose is to support mom and family in their choices for a healthy birth experience. If mom wants to use pain medication, a doula will support her. If mom wants to go all natural, a doula will support her. Because of the prep work I did through classes at Birth Matters, with Chris as my doula, and thanks to God/mother nature, I had exactly the kind of birth I wanted. I would recommend her to any/all!
