I sat in the virtual waiting room for 30 minutes (20 minutes past my appointment time) before I had to disconnect to go back to work. I paid my copay there on a Sunday and when my child appeared to be getting worse I took her to her primary care physician (where I paid another copay) to be told it was strep.
