They also had to remove the OEM rims from my car and install the new winter set. I called the day of appointment and asked if I could come in a couple hours early which they accommodated. They also helped me put the OEM set in my truck. All the workers I had interactions with were courteous and welcoming. Had the same thing done there about 8 years ago and will return. The price is competitive with others but their service is top notch. Keep it up!

When they say new tires will take 90 minutes to install, they really mean more than 2.5 hours.read more

As someone who used to admire their work and loved eating breakfast at their store, I feel…read moredisappointed and treated unfairly. I brought my motorcycle here to get painted after someone bumped and dropped it. They gave me a quote which was under $1000, so I didnt bother going through insurance, and the person who dropped my bike paid fully for the damages. After they prepping and priming the damaged body parts they contacted me and told me the matching paint was not available. I had no other choice but to pay out of pocket to get the entire bike painted (roughly a $3000 job). A year later the paint started chipping and peeling, underneath the chipped areas, it was noticeable that there was no primer in some areas. They stated that their paint jobs have a lifetime warranty, however, they put the blame on me saying I tapered with it. Another shop told me it was a poorly done paint job with little to no flexing agent. For those who dont own a six figure vehicle, I do not recommend this place, I will not come back and yes my bike looks like crap now.

The service department is horrible.. Brought in our Kia to…read moreget the control rods and ball joints replaced. We had the car serviced a week and a half earlier at Windsor Hyundai where they did point out the issue of the compromised ball joints but was able to do the wheel alignment and brought all the alignment true with the exception of the L/R camber which was out by 0.5 within exceptable limits. So when we brought in our car to Kia with replacement parts they one overcharged us on the total repair time but the worse of it is that after replacing the control rods and ball joints they threw out the alignment to a point prior when it was even touched for the first time. Windsor Hyundai got the alignment almost true on bad ball joints. Gus Revenberg Kia completely screwed the alignment after replacing the control rods and ball joints to a point prior to the suspension was even touched. They used a completely bs excuse for this reason.... Avoid these jokers at all costs... we're grugingly going back to Windsor Hyundai till I can find a honest competant mechanic.
