Leah was AWESOME. I did extensive research on photographers in the area, and she had one of the best backlogs I saw. I was amazed at how well she handled multiple kids and the location, everything was seemless and smooth even with multiple toddlers who were getting tired. Cannot recommend her enough for family shoots, she was professional, fun, experienced, and had a very quick turnaround time for both responses and 100s of photos. read more

We love Leah! It all started with our wedding four years ago. She was amazing, found wonderful moments and ensured that we got all the set-ups we really wanted before she walked out the door. In some ways she was our mini-wedding organizer that day! SO we couldn't wait to work with her again. It took a few years and an addition to our family for our schedules to match up, but she did another wonderful job with our holiday/first birthday photos of our new little family of three. I can't express how much I love her work, her professionalism, her creativity and her patience. I would recommend her for our all your lifestyle/family/momentus moment needs. Thanks Leah. Leah Lee Photography - Beautiful Leah Lee moment with our little family. - Event Photography Near Me

One of the most professional photographers, yet makes me feel so welcome and comfortable. Took my head shots, took my wedding pictures, and took some other pictures that happen to be my favorite pictures of all time. For anybody who needs ANY kind of photos, Leah Lee is the way to go. read more

When you look at images taken by Leah Lee Photography, you see that this is a person who lives out her dream by doing what she loves and sharing her vision through the art of photography! I have been admiring Leah's work for many years and am thrilled to have her talent line the hallways of my home and track the memories of my life! One of the things I love most about Leah's photos, is her ability to take the setting of an everyday environment and make it stand out with artistic intention. While posing for pictures comes naturally to only a select few people, Leah is able to make you look beautiful, natural, confident and comfortable. She is reliable, enthusiastic, funny and truly makes the BEST out of any situation! Commenting on the 1 star review below, I would like to say that in today's world, I appreciate a no BS approach to selling services! I'm happy I don't know the feeling of disappointment in selecting a cheap photographer to capture important moments in life! Fortunately, I've always made the right decision in hiring Leah (and in avoiding PBR - at least since the college years). Cheers Leah...you rock! read more

Leah Lee Photography is truly the best service available for event photography! Leah is creative, fun to work with and truly cares about her clients' vision. She photographed our wedding in June and the number of compliments we receive on her work is incredible! Our wedding was published on Style Me Pretty because of her amazing dedication to showcase our wedding in a beautiful way. Check it out here! http://www.stylemepretty.com/2012/09/27/healdsburg-wedding-at-barndiva-from-leah-lee-photography/ Thanks Leah! read more

Leah was fantastic! We did family photos this month, and we were really impressed with her professionalism and with the quality of the photos. I didn't even know my two-year-old was capable of taking so many smiling photos on demand! She made us feel at ease, and we are really happy with the results. Leah was also extremely communicative in advance, and spent a lot of time helping me pick out clothes for everyone. On the shoot day, she moved very efficiently and we got a lot of poses and locations in a small-ish amount of time (key when there is a toddler involved). I really recommend Leah Lee Photography! read more

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Leah Lee. I received a response to my inquiry almost immediately. I appreciated the quick response. It was my first time hiring a photographer for family photos and she helped ease any worries I had about the process. She was able to fit me in within the same week which was a bonus because I needed the photos quickly for our holiday card. We have an infant and she was patient when we stopped to feed him, willing to make silly noises and expressions to get a smile, and unafraid to get her hands dirty (literally - she laid down in the dirt and caught our favorite shot of our little guy). Only two days after our session, I had an email that my photos were ready. There were a number of great ones and we're having trouble deciding which to frame! I would highly recommend Leah Lee Photography and would happily hire her again. read more

Our family used Leah to do our annual family photos, which I love to do to capture how much the kids are growing each year. Leah was super responsive, open to where and when we wanted to do our shoot. I shared a couple ideas I had with with as to what we hoped to accomplish (capture our personalities) and she ran with it. Our photos turned out beautifully. I love them (and loved the day, which my kids and husband always go to grumbling, even they admitted it was a fun afternoon ;-)) and would work with her again for sure! Highly recommend. read more

Leah is the best, Not only did she do they best photography and editing for our wedding, she was professional, but fun and she captured our special day perfectly. (BTW, my friends would torment me saying "special day" but that should not affect my review of Leah's work.) She has since become our family photographer and does all our x-mas cards every year. I even use her to photograph the high-end listings for my Real Estate Brokerage, Metro Estates and she also is hired to capture all our charity and company events we hold! She can always capture that perfect shot that truly captures the perfect moment! Leah comes with my highest recommendation and I feel real bad I have not written this review for her sooner. Thank you Leah, we love you! read more

I joined yelp just to write this review! Though I did not actually use Leah Lee's services, I have never experienced worse customer service. She says that her packages start at $2,300 for only 6 hours of coverage and digital photos-everything else is an additional cost. When I told her the additional services I needed and asked if she could negotiate something closer to $2,500 (knowing her rates would take me over her base rate of $2,300), she came back with this response: "I am not a cheap photographer and I don't deliver cheap images. Walmart is cheap as is PBR beer. And although you can't get through life without encountering cheap things and drinking cheap beer :), wedding photography shouldn't be one of the items on the cheap list." If Leah had just said that she can't provide the photography services I want for $2,500, no problem. But this was way over the top and completely unprofessional. I'm just happy that I learned this today and not on my wedding day! read more

I don't know how she does it, but Leah always captures the most beautiful and creative pictures of my family despite my two small children that do not enjoy smiling for a camera. She has been our family photographer for 5 years and always delivers. We get SO many compliments on our annual holiday cards because she takes such natural, fun and artistic shots. And that's exactly what you get with Leah-a natural, fun, artistic, professional and extremely talented photographer. (As for the 1 star review written by Erica S., Leah does have a sense of humor, and she takes her work [and pricing] seriously. Those two qualities need not be mutually exclusive.) read more

Leah is a creative and wonderful person to work with. She does amazing work! Her suggestions and ideas helped us out a lot. We look forward to working with her again in the future. read more

Leah was great!! She took beautiful photos of our family in the afternoon light at Cal Tech. We brought our dog along and she captured him in most of the photos as well. She is patient, kind and willing to roll with whatever came her way. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Photos were up and running on the website by the Monday following the Saturday afternoon photo shoot. They are beautiful! read more

Leah did our 6 month family pictures this December. Not only was she comfortable and quick to shoot with, she was able to keep our baby and dogs attention. Plus the pictures turned out great! She has an eye to catch the personalities of all that she films. She turns proofs around fast and is a great price. We plan on using for her the next couple family milestone photo shoots! read more

We were looking for a photographer for our wedding that does photography, not just the standard wedding photos that you always see with no personality. Leah takes personality VERY seriously and is an absolutely incredible photographer. We did engagement shots with her as well which was a great way to get us used to getting our picture taken. She is so much fun and down to earth. And at the wedding she got all the shots we wanted and they all came out beautiful and artistic, but her and her assistant managed to get them without us even noticing that they were there! This is stuff you frame and hang on the wall not just because its a picture taken at your wedding. Highly Highly recommend her for anything, ANTHING. I know we will be calling her again for any of our photography needs! read more

Leah Lee photography is as good as it gets! With amazing prices, spectacular photos, and quick turn around time I can't recommend her enough. She has taken our wedding photos, pregnancy photos, newborn photos (x2) and family photos. She is professional, knowledgeable, inventive, creative, and so much fun to interact with. Our family loves her and we always receive rave reviews on our photos. Choose Leah Lee photography and you will be forever grateful for her!! read more

Leah deserves 5 stars and more! We hired Leah to take family photos of me, my husband, our 2.5 yr old toddler, 4 month old baby, and my husband's parents. That's a lot of people to pay attention to, and she did it wonderfully. I especially liked: - immediate responses to any communication - she was punctual to the appointment time and knew the location well - she got a lot of good shots of my kids, which I didn't think was possible because of how squirmy and cranky they both were - very clear and direct posing instructions and got shots of every configuration of people (grandparents + kids, grandparent + 1 kid, etc) - she worked quickly and efficiently so not a lot of standing around waiting for her to figure out what she wants to do - so important with young kids and grandparents! I am especially pleased that I am having a hard time choosing which shots to put on our Christmas card because there are so many good ones. I would happily hire her again for future projects. Thanks so much Leah!! read more

So happy with Leah! This is our second year using Leah for our family photos. We have 4 young children and I'm amazed at her patience and, thankfully, her ability to capture fantastic moments of us with our kids. We get a great mix of candid and posed photos. She is focused and aware of the best setting and lighting for her pictures. She also is very considerate of the kids and can adjust quickly to their cooperation or lack there-of :) Based on her reliability, professionalism, competitive pricing, and of course outstanding quality pictures, I'd recommend Leah hands down. read more

Leah is a great photographer for so many reasons. She was accommodating when I needed to reschedule several times. She provided great ideas for clothing and props to make sure we got the best family pictures possible. She arrived early and scoped out the neighborhood to find the best locations for pictures - taking advantage of the beautiful sunset. She was amazing with our 4 1/2 yr old and 22 month old - getting many great posed and candid shots despite their initial lack of interest. She quickly provided the cd and link to the photos - and on top of that she is reasonably priced! We've received many compliments on the photos already.I look forward to having Leah photograph our family for years to come. I highly recommend Leah Lee Photography. read more

If you are looking for a photographer who takes risks: hire Leah Leah Photography. If you are looking for a photographer who will give you a balanced mixture of creative, traditional and unique shots of your one and only wedding day: go with Leah Lee Photography. If you are looking for a professional, easy to work with, fun and friendly photographer: definitely hire Leah. And if you are looking for someone with an impeccable attention to detail, someone who will go above and beyond to capture your day beautifully: email Leah and ask her to be your photographer. Leah Lee Photography shot my wedding last October, and she mastered the balance of being actively involved in order to get the right shots, and quietly hidden in moments where you want a photo, but you don't want a camera in your face. When I talk about taking risks, Leah actually saw the potential in a sunset shot on the hill beside our venue, gave me her boots so I didn't have to walk up in heels, and walked herself up in her socks! WHILE taking pictures of my husband and I giggling the whole way up! The shots were our favorite, and the memories and impression Leah left with us were ones we will never forget. Leah arrives early, is passionate about what she does, and delivered quality photos that have been unmatched by any of my friends' wedding photos. (In fact many of my engaged friends saw my photos and asked for her information) For the quality of the photos and the servies she provides, her prices are extremely reasonable, she is worth more than she charges in my opinion. We were beyond satisfied with Leah Lee Photography and we will be hiring her to document other important moments in our lives! read more

Leah was recommended to me years ago by my sister-in-law. She has personally photographed my wedding, both of my wife's pregnancies and multiple family shoots. I can't say enough about how great she is with my kids and especially how happy we are with all our photo albums she's done. I've recommended Leah to all of our friends and she's done several of their weddings and other events. If you want a professional photographer, who will travel anywhere, Leah will do a fantastic job. read more

We hired Leah for both our engagement and wedding photos. We liked her as soon as we met her, but it wasn't until we sat down and looked at her work that we really recognized how great she was. She made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process, which was a big deal for me because I'm not a huge fan of being photographed. Our photos turned out beautiful, with a great mix of traditional and more "artistic" photos. I can't recommend highly enough. read more

We had Leah take portraits of me and my husband. She was amazing: very professional, personable, and immediately made us feel at ease. She was very knowledgeable about potential locations in the Pasadena area and recommended a place that really took advantage of the beautiful afternoon lighting. As someone who dabbles in photography, I can recognize her artistic talent and her impeccable eye for composition. We are absolutely thrilled by how the photos turned out and would not hesitate to have her take more photos in the future. We can't recommend her enough! read more

I can't say enough nice things about Leah. We had a photo session for our family of five (two young kids, including a 4 month old, and our 80 lb dog) and Leah was AMAZING. Kind, funny, creative, and totally in control of such a fun and heartwarming session. She knew exactly where to go and how to bring out our little girls' essences and turn them into gorgeous candid photos. The pictures are beautiful, the prices are reasonable, and for the type of work she does, she's an absolute steal. I couldn't be happier we found our and couldn't give her a higher recommendation. Drop what you're doing and hire her! :) read more

Leah was great! Super professional and was able to get wonderful shots of my fussy 22-month-old (God Bless her!) and the whole family. She also delivered the finished shots quickly! I was really impressed with all of the shots and will definitely use her again! read more

Leah is a very gifted photographer. My wife and I hired her for our wedding a few weeks ago. Her pictures were finalized in a very reasonable amount of time and the end result was a stunning spread of moments captured in time. She arrived on time, her gear was all in order and her pricing was competitive. Throughout our photo session she guided us to great locations in/around our ceremony & reception location and was great with our three nieces. Her directions for posing and candidates worked great with my wife and I. Upon reviewing her final images for the first time, we must have said, "WOW," 100x at least. My wife and I highly recommend her as she is extremely easy to work with and the quality of her work is second to none. read more

Leah is a miracle worker -- She managed to capture our sometimes fussy 2-year-old in the most beautiful light, both literally and figuratively! When hiring any professional, you look for strong skill set, courtesy, punctuality, and overall pleasant personality. Leah is all of these things, plus she's a fellow mom who understands the challenges of working with young children. We would recommend her with the utmost confidence. And we'll certainly be turning to her again for any of our family's photography needs! read more
