What a horrible experience, what a waste of time and money! If I only could to go back in time and not hire leaf filter. I don't need this type of work even for free!!! 1) not coming when promised 2) came, started working without introducing themselves and checking if they understood contract correcly 3) didn't clean gutters and leaves in the downspout, didn't adjust downspout to avoid foundation water damage 4) changed wrong downspout!!! 5) it took them 2 more attempts to clean it and fix it... 6) they made it worse 7) wanted to save money and placed downspout from 2 peaces...chose bigger size to help with water load but opening in the gutters stayed the same small...8) they took my white connecting parts and placed black which didn't even fit the pipe!! 9) put ugly silicone where it not needed "run extra mile" as they said...and didn't know how to secure brackets with screws...10) they drilled my wall multiple times without need!!! Replaced nice things to ugly and poorly done...Can you imagine to pay someone to ruin your house? Even simple thing - It took them 3 attempts, 3 days, to clean gutters right !!! Agreed to an estimate visit, was more than I was willing to spend and told them I was not interested in the product. The agent who visited said to tell the company they didn't meet with me and that they would leave me on the list so I could think about it and save the money up. After that Leaf Filter began harassing me with multiple phone calls pressuring me to agree to the sale, and when I told them about the visit they kept calling back several times trying to interrogate me into giving them the salesperson's identity so they could be fired. From what I've seen, Leaf Filter is an aggressive and abusive company, with no qualms about putting people like me into very uncomfortable positions and harassing people to get the answer they want. I am now resolved never to work with this company. Aggressive hard-sell Don't Take-No behavior, multiple harassing phone calls, and tried to pressure me to help them get someone FIRED just because they actually respected my answer of No. Passing on work with Leaf Filter indefinitely after this experience. read more

Never showed up and tried to invoice me anyway. Claimed they had photos proving they were there. Stopped responding when I asked for them because my gutters were still visibly dirty. Thankfully I never paid them so all I lost was my time. read more

filter. Got the gutters up but had to get a different filter. I told them I would be gone from Tuesday thru THursday and do not want them here when I am not around. Well they showed up anyway to put the filters on. Low and behold when I get back home my heavy duty extension cord that I use to keep my RV charged between uses was gone. I called Ralph to see if the installer took it with him. Ralph said he would contact the installer then and ask him. Never heard anything back. Would either like to have my cord returned or for leaf filter to reimburse me so I can go buy a new one. Very unprofessional business. read more

I cannot begin to express how thrilled I am with Leaf Filter and their entire team. I highly recommend this system over competitive solutions and do it yourself products. I requested an estimate online and got a call within 15 minutes. The sales professional showed up the next day on time. He was extremely professional and thorough. He spent a good deal of time listening to my concerns and the price was better than expected. They were able to schedule my system install the next day. The team was on time, they introduced themselves and answered my questions. My installers were Miseal and Reggie. They were amazing. They cleaned my overflowing gutters, cleared jammed downspouts and reattached loose gutters and downspouts while installing the system. I love my new Leaf Filter solution and can't wait until it rains. These folks are all professional. The scheduler, sales professional and installers are top notch. The pricing was excellent and I am looking forward to not cleaning my gutters two to three times a year on a 30 foot ladder. Yes I will occasionally need to blow things off that get stuck on top of the system, but I won't be cleaning thousands of hickory nuts, decaying leaves and mud out of them any longer. Ghosted me after I signed a contract for over $10,000 for replacement of my old gutters. I requested multiple times to change my color choice of gutters but they never followed up with color samples. Leaf filter is the biggest joke ,if I they hadn't robbed me of my money with their lousy and worthless warranty! I spent over $2200. 4 years ago on their system for the gutters on the front of my home. Fla. Fast forward to today, I had an installmgr out last Wednesday who gave me an estimate on install for rear of house and at same time,I complained about still having to get up on a ladder to clear whirlygigs from top of leaf filter. He said it wasn't installed correctly,there were gaps between panels and slope was all wrong. Said he'd have a tech down here that Friday. I called that Friday 3 times to see what status was with tech. He was on a bigger job and would get to it,no worries. By 430 ,Friday, I texted,asking for update, and was told mgr had no update from tech! What the ..? Called 3 times this morning Dr still no answer from leaf filter as to when they would reinstall my system! And they want me to buy more product from them? Like hell! So much for lifetime,transferable warranty! Run as fast as possible from this company! It's worthless!! read more

I hate leaving negative reviews. This company is non communicative and does not appear to be interested in their customers' satisfaction at all. We hired them to install new gutters and the leaf filter system. They started the install and then didn't have all the parts needed to finish. The install team said they would return the next day. The next day no one showed up. I called the install team lead and was told they were 300 miles away and would not be coming back. I called the office to find out what was the status and to let them know the corner joints were leaking. I asked when someone would be out to finish. Fast forward three weeks and several calls from us and they finally came out and installed the missing downspouts and fixed the leaky corner, but left us without the downspout extender on the front of the house! Called again on Monday and was told someone would be out sometime this week to bring that missing piece. It's Friday..no show and no calls! read more

This company was horrible to work with right from the beginning. After finally agreeing on the price and an installation date about 2 weeks out from the purchase date (which is understandable). The installer never showed up. Instead I received a phone call from him stating that he was behind due some rain days and it should just be a day or two, (also understandable). He again however never showed up, and this time with no phone call. I waited patiently for about 2 weeks never receiving a phone call from the company or the installer. At this point a attempted to make contact with who i was told was the area installation manager, after several calls and voicemails, I could not get into contact with him. Finally after calling the corporate office I was informed that their records had indicated that the installation had been complete. (What? seriously?) after convincing the person I was speaking with that it had not been complete, and that an installer had never even showed up, they claimed they were creating a ticket for me and submitting it up with the highest priority. Another week passes with no contact so I called corporate again. No record of the first phone call, go figure!! and now over a month passed when the job was supposed to be completed. They again tell me they are submitting a ticket with priority. Finally the area installation manager calls me. I tell him basically at this point I just want to cancel the purchase. The next day an installer shows up at my house and starts the installation of the gutter system. Takes an entire day to complete it. Finally done you would think. Wrong!!! they installed the wrong color. Now I am furious by this point so I call to cancel the whole thing and have the product removed. Remember when they tell you there is no damage or altering of your roof or gutters, It is a lie. They drill holes in your gutters and install it using screws so now I have screw holes in my brand new gutters, and a product I don't care to have. read more
