We've lived in Paris and can truly say that the cliental is changing, as more tourists have found it through social media. Menus are brought around to you on a small blackboard. They also have a full bar and this seemed to be the place to hangout after hours. They had an English menu available via QR code... thank goodness. My hubs had the Clakos Burger, this month special served with Camembert Au Lait Cru, some good ass cheese from Normandy.
