For out of the way France, and touring battlefields and the area, you cant get better than this place.
This hotel is wonderful. I was making my way from Belgium through France visiting WW1 American battle sites and cemeteries. This was the fourth hotel I stayed at in as many nights, and was by far the best. As an American, it's a bit difficult to get used to some of the out of the way places and feelings in Europe. This hotel was BEAUTIFUL. The lobby was modern, clean and pretty. The rooms were as well.
My favorite part of staying here was the food. Our table of 6 ordered appetizers, entree's, and dessert, and everything was amazing. Every dish was well planned, and executed.
If I have one recommendation, it is to stay up after dinner and hope you catch the owner/chef. He is a lovely person, and a joy to speak to. Bone up on your French, and have a wonderful night! read more
