Gérald and Sarah-Jane are excellent proprietors, well versed in the region and just fantastic individuals to spend time with. Their focus on quality, attention to detail and love of living translate through to Bistrot Les Tontons (in the food, service, tours, and events).
Romain (head chef) prepared a solid beef tartare with potato au gratin and fresh green salad. Dessert included the best caramel sauce in 30 years of dining experience.
