I was in France visiting my family & needed to get a basic root retouch - bleaching dark brown hair…read moreto blonde plus a toner rinse. I was charged over 80 Euros for this!!! They made several mistakes along the way, doing an unnecessary double process (I only asked for one because my hair breaks easily if it's bleached too much . . . they insisted & claimed it was ok because they use a "natural" bleach that doesn't damage . . . well guess who's hair is now breaking off very badly???) & when they used the wrong color toner they charged me extra for their mistake. On top of this, I was in the salon for over 4 hours!!! By the time they had finished, I didn't have the energy or patience left to argue with the price or the fact that my hair looked nothing like the pictures that I'd shown them. That being said, my colorist was reasonably friendly to me so I'm giving an extra star for that, but I've had to go to another salon in the area to correct their mistake.

This is situated just off the roundabout as you go into Chabanais. This is an ok store, large…read morecarpark, with petrol station. Inside is a tobac (which is quite strange in this area as there are no supermarkets that sell cigarettes). You can buy all the usual stuff, they also have a section of English produce which can be quite handy if you've run out of your favourite food (only a selection though). Just be warned but English food is priced way over the top. Otherwise staff are helpful and friendly.
