Very nice. -FRIES- they were good. seems like fries in this country are amazing -BURGER elsässer - pretty well made, delicious and worth it. Asked for added egg, cheese and extra house sauce. (drama comes with the extra sauce) -EXTRA SAUCE- they put MY SAUCE in another person plate, mind you I was paying. the person started eating my sauce and we noticed that MY SAUCE was actually not coming cause the sauce my friend was eating was MINE! I asked the waitress and told her what happened, she told me to take the sauce from my friend!!! ME FIXING THEIR MISTAKE AND PAYING FOR A SAOUCE THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN EATEN! Also now I was embarrassed to take the sauce and eat on my own ... i ended up sharing with everyone and again feeling guilty for THEIR MISTAKE!!! And the waitress never came back to the table during the meal to say anything about the error. That I CAUGHT cause i have to chase someone to ask where was my sauce!! The food is good. The service is GARBAGE. if you are from the USA like I am and are used to tip, just a reminder, in Germany u do not need to tip so don't! Their service here is terrible... The waitress was so bad and made so many mistakes for trying to hurry us and trying to make us feel bad for her mistakes that she actually asked another waitress to take our table over.

Great music streaming from speakers when you enter. You just have to swim through the smokers that…read morecrowd the entrance. Decent place to people watch, but much to cold on the night that visited. Thursday Cocktails are a must. Huge selection of drinks and everything as a reduced price all night. But what I love about this place they have a listing of great non-alcoholic drinks that will temp your palate as hard as the booze. Waiter and bartender was very attentive and thankfully spoke English - but still allowed me to stumble around in my choppy Deustch. You must come with an appetite. I ordered what I htought would be the smallest item on the menu. A simple burger. The think was over 1/2 lb, seasoned deliciously and placed on a carb filled delicious bun with a huge plate of fries. Germans like to eat. But thankfully the quality of the food is not reduced. I was only pissed that I wouldn't be there for the Saturday Latin Night. I can assume that this place will be just as lively since it surrounds a lot of universities ad people were already clearing the floor around us to dance to the music on a foggy Thursday night. There were no tvs so not a place to watch a game, but good place to celebrate after.
