Yes, it was the most expensive pizza on the menu and yes. It was 1000% worth it. The flavor, the texture, everything about it was perfect. I actually couldn't stop smiling when eating this pizza and I didn't want to share with anyone (not surprising though). But I also feel like you can get cheap easy meals that taste better than what I ate from Pizzeria Le Coq. It was alright, but it was basically just sustenance and not enjoyable. The boyfriend really wanted pizza because he loves a hot meal, but I would have preferred just picking up some cheese, meat, and veg from the Monoprix and taken that home to eat with my leftover baguette from the morning.
