On our first day in Canberra from the US, we walked around the Manuka area trying to decide where to eat. All of the places looked good but some definitely had more customers than others, which we took to mean they were probably better. But we asked a local which place she liked best for pizzas and she recommended this place. When we got there, there were only 2 other customers, which worried me. But maybe it was due to the fact that this restaurant is in the middle of Manuka Court and all the other businesses inside were closed for the bank holiday. We stayed to eat anyway and were pleased. We ordered the bruschetta (super yummy!) and 2 small pizzas (the hawaiian and the margerita). They were very good. As prices go in the neighborhood, they seemed reasonable. We will go back for the gelato another time! The owner and the server were super nice and friendly and helpful with ideas for us to go and sightsee. read more
