I was here with a large group for 1 week and they all had the same bad experience. There is nothing around and it is far from everything. I ran out of deodorant and they have no toiletry to sell in the hotel (tooth past, tooth brush, etc). I had to get a cab to the nearest downtown that cost me 60 euros the round trip!!!! The worst part was when I sent my clothes for cleaning and my jeans shrink when it came back plus my dress shirt had a big hole in the sleeve! I complaint and they basic told me that they believe the hole was already there and they would do nothing about it. I lost 2 expensive piece of clothes (around $200 CAD both) and they haven't even removed the cleaning charge!!!! Never again I will be here and I don't recommend it to anyone!

For what it is, it's a fine place-it's minimal in it's offerings, but gets the job done. The shower in our bathroom seemed fine, but when I stepped out of it, I found an inch or more of water on the floor. Seems that the shower door doesn't keep the water inside and I made a huge mess. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming. They helped us with directions to the train station as well as other navigation assistance. If you're on a budget and don't need any frills, this place might be just fine for you.
