I've never seen such horrible customer service. They kept insulting me on the phone even though I apologized for missing their phone call by 15 minutes. When I called back they said they rang my doorbell which I never heard even though I was awake and waiting for them. I asked if they had the right address and he basically told me he couldn't come back. That he'd come the following week. It became too complicated for him so he told me he wouldn't come. read more
