The original complaint was made because the hotel acted in bad faith by changing the price to a higher rate for the 2nd hotel night after the booking was already complete! In addition, the manager tried to do damage control by asking the receptionist to say there was a mistake with the price, and this was after the booking was already completely. The hotel should honor the price they sold the room for, PLAIN AND SIMPLE! The hotel acted in bad faith and refused to correct their error; instead they chose to make a bad situation worse. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!
