They also have outdoor seating, but it was raining that day. The lady that took our order was friendly and patient with us and also gave us recommendations on food. We got pizza, pasta, and tartiflette with a side of salad. It was our first time trying the tartiflette, and it looked like it was a popular dish among the other guests as well! It is a French baked potato dish with potatoes, reblochon cheese, lardons, and onions. Highly recommend this if you've never tried it before! Everything was pretty good; however, the whole time we were dining, there was a very strong odor that was really unpleasant. I'm not sure what exactly it was or where it came from but it was a mix of cigarettes, food(?) burning, and other smells. I'm not sure if it was just this particular day, but if I'm back here, I would either sit outdoors or take food to go. The area is in a beautiful location with lots of people and their dogs walking around restaurants, cafes, and shops.

One was pasta (little square pasta) with ham and lots of cheese. The other was potato, cheese and ham. This one has a LOT of cheese, a little too much, but was ooey, gooey and tasty (though hard to eat it all as its rich). Ordered a few salads which were nice and light. Generous portions. Many people around us ordered the beef or salmon tartare which looked so good. If I had a do over, would have ordered the salmon tartare as it looked incredible fresh and it seemed like every other table ordered it! Pix coming!

It's served with a green salad to make you feel virtuous and to lighten things up. Have it with a glass of red wine and you're in heaven! So the niggly bits. The seating is so tightly packed in that the waitstaff need to talk over your table to get other guests orders and then pass food over your table to get them to the right people. The people next to you can't leave without asking you to get up to let them out. It's highly annoying and not really a way to treat your guests. They also do that annoying thing is serving food on slate slabs. What happened to just using a normal plate? There is a reason plates are designed with an upturned lip. It keeps food from sliding onto the table. Regardless, the waitstaff did a great job and we had a delicious meal.
