What puts Tonton Sam over the top are what I assume are the proprietors. I assume the guys running the place are the owners. Only owners can have so much passion for what they do. Their passion showed in the food and their interactions with all customers. They were great and they showed that they care. Also, there were alwayus cleaning the cooking areas. If I were to guess, they have fine dining experience because of the care taking in cleaning and the food execution. Great place!

The service was lovely and the two ladies helped us despite our language barrier. The burgers are odd. I'm a fan of lots of veggies on my burger but this was not that. Bun, burger, and some sautéed onion. Flavor was a little boring. Fries were greasy.
