We spent an entire afternoon in this cafe during our weekend in Tours; it has a very relaxed vibe with people chatting at the tables or working on their laptops (free wifi), while Latin American music was softly playing in the background. Lots of whipped cream and it was decently sized. They also have some other very fancy huge drinks with lots of sugar that look amazing. It's kind of expensive, but I think that is to be expected in France, especially because it is near Place Plumereau. They have a nice outdoor area, plenty of chairs and tables, and they have wifi which is nice for studying/working.
