Either I came on the wrong day or the job is sloppy. Blaming my dry skin to the sloppiness. That's why you go there for them to take out the dry skin and smoothen your skin around the nails. Just because there's a lot of people waiting they cut corners as if it's my first time to have my nails done. And now the pedi. They sit me and fill up the tub with water and more waiting till the water is cold and my dead skin are swollen. 90% of customers are mask Lee's and 50% of servers are also maskless. I have been here twice now and so far have liked their work. They are friendlier than all of the other salons I've been to and really seem to understand customer service. Everything looks clean inside and they offer a free drink(including mimosas). I feel that the two women who have done my nails were both very precise in their work. Rushed pedicure- wanted to finish me up from start to finish to fit in walk ins. Water too hot, stones way too hot- had to speak up a lot. The guy was really rough and burned me with the water and the hot stones. He messed up my paint and because I wasn't allowed to sit and wait for it to dry they messed up even more. I initially went in bc this place is super close to me. I hadn't had a pedicure in a few months because I had been moving from out of state and needed to focus on that vs the little extras. I requested a manicure and pedicure - completely natural without dip, tips, or acrylic. Just basic service on my strong natural nails. Anyway went in, sat down, received my complimentary drink and started to get my pedicure service. Generally speaking it was ok, but the technician nicked me twice - once on each foot. One ended up getting infected a few days later - 1st thing I was not happy about. Then when the tech moved to my manicure, I promise it took longer for my nails to dry than the whole manicure process itself - 2nd thing I could have done without. And if both of those issues weren't enough, the polish on both my hands and feet were uneven. You could see where one coat started and the other ended. I've never had such an uncomfortable experience getting my nails done. First of all, I made an appointment and still had to wait about 20 minutes to even get started, and was not even offered a drink. I got a male, I think his name was Henry. The whole time he was creepily staring at me and smirking. I was listening to a podcast so I would zone out and he would wave his hands in my face and try to get my attention. I told him I'm listening to something in my AirPods and every thing was fine.(I like to keep to myself during my nail appointments. I'm not a talker lol) He KEPT pushing the issue, asking if I was okay(I had already told him 10 times that I was fine). At the end of my nails being done, he stated "I am very lucky today" I responded "oh?" And he said "the last three women I've done fills on have been so beautiful. The lady I just did a pedicure on was beautiful and you are too". I WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE. He then asked if I live in town. I did not feel comfortable responding. Like do you not see my WEDDING RING dude? I understand complementing someone, but when you are creepily staring at me the whole time and smirking at me, that's not a compliment. That's being a creep. I will never return again. That is super unprofessional and I think they should seriously reconsider his employment, especially after reading all of the other reviews. It makes me sad to leave this review because there's a lady there that's been doing nails for almost 20 years and she's fantastic. I had her the first time I came and it was amazing! BUT anytime after that I kept getting stuck with the men that work there even if I requested her.I would come in to get a pedicure and Everytime I went in there it was always the same dude.He consistently jammed his long fingernail under my toe nail and when I would yank back he would laugh all creepy like he enjoyed it. Then instead of a normal leg message he pushed the top of my foot backwards toward my leg super hard and pulled on my leg so hard he about took me out the damn chair.I didn't feel comfortable around him at all.After many times of asking him to stop shoving his weird long finger nail far under my toenail and LITERALLY punching my legs and pulling on them, it was time to pay, I paid but I chose not to tip because I literally felt traumatized.He yelled at me and said "PEDICURE!! SERIOUSLY!?" And walked away. It was extremely awkward and at that point I left and didn't look back.I usually tip all the time but that experience was horrible.There was another time going there for a pedicure and manicure to get Acrylics.to start off I told them that the nails they were putting on were pointing up and it was weird. Still did it anyways.Then I didn't realize till now that HE PUT NAIL GLUE UNDER MY ACTUAL FINGER NAIL!!! My figure tips became numb, swollen and Pussing! If there were negative stars I would give those. Paid $35 for the "special organic lotion" pedicure. Did not receive anything special. Basic lotion and the regular scrub, massage was barely done and then he painted my nails. He wasn't even going to do 2 coats until I said something about it. My daughter got a full set which was $50! And they did a terrible job at that! We had made an appointment which they never wrote down. They have a sign telling you their credit card machine is broke but when you say that's how you pay then they use. Wow! They used to be such a great business but nope, not now. read more

I love this place! I've moved recently and still drive out here (almost an hour) for my pedicures. They're always friendly and do such a good job. Lots of colors to choose from and the shop is comfortable and clean. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is for the way they handle reservations. I used to make them online and they asked me to call instead. So I called and made one, and when I arrived they said they didn't have one for me! There have also been times when I have one and still have to wait 20-30 minutes when I arrive, which to me is unacceptable if I've bothered to make the appointment in the first place. They do such a good job that I choose to put up with it, but they really need to get better at scheduling. read more

Umm...I looked this place up on Yelp and thought I'd give it a try because they had 4 stars. I will not go back to this place. 1. When I called to make the appointment the woman did not tell me their credit card machine was broken. I had to pay their ATM machine charge and my bank fee just to get money to pay them. She should have definitely mentioned that over the phone. 2. While the man owner, Lee, was doing my pedicure he was talking a lot to other workers, but never addressed me. When I asked him to get a particular nail color off the wall for me he got up and walked away. He didn't say anything to me and he never returned. 3. I sat in the pedicure chair for at least 10 minutes with no one attending to me. 4. Finally, a lady comes over, I recognized her voice as the one I spoke to over the phone. She confirmed it was her. I asked her why she didn't tell me about the credit card issue over the phone. She smiled and said she was sorry. I asked her why her husband walked away. She said you can't ask a man to choose polish for a woman. I told her my back hurt and I asked him to get a specific one not choose ut for me. Ugh She apologized for him and told me she was his wife. I said I was sorry. 5. I was looking at something on my phone and moved around in the chair to see a glass hand bowl drop and shatter to the floor. The whole place went silent! I asked her what happened. She said she put my hand in the bowl and I knocked it over. I held my hand up for everyone to see that my hand was dry because I was using my phone. When I asked why she didn't tell me she put the bowl where she did, she repeated that she put my hand in the bowl and I knew it was there. I showed her my dry hand and asked how she could have put it in the wet hand bowl if my hand was dry. I asked the lady next to me if she saw what happened. She confirmed the worker never put my hand in the bowl and she should have told me that she put a GLASS bowl somewhere that I could not see. As a result glass and water ended up in my shoes below and glass was all over the floor next to the pedicure chair. What a mess! The lady, I think her name is Long, said she was going to get in trouble. I told her I didn't want her to get in trouble AND she should have told me where she put the bowl so I could see it. I also told her this was my first time there and I didn't think I could return. Well, guess what happened??? All of a sudden, she turned really sweet, kind and apologetic. She apologized for her husband. She said he was mean. She apologized for herself and asked if I was okay. I told her I was looking for a relaxing mani/pedi experience and these interactions stressed me. She apologized again as she was finishing my nails. When everything was complete I looked around and told her I accepted her apology and please tell people over the phone to bring cash so they don't have to pay the machine fees. And also, be kind to the patrons so they want to return. She agreed and apologized again. read more

As soon as I made a call to make an appointment, I was already welcomed with all around great vibes and the lady (I believe her name was Tan?) was really sweet and genuine! I also came in close to their closing time and Mimi did my nails and Tan had also stayed to keep her company and the whole time I was there, they were real genuine and sweet people and made me feel really special! I will never go to this establishment. My sister toke me there to get a manicured and pedicure for my birthday. The person who did my pedicure rushed and a horrible job. he left me waiting to take another customer. He used old nail polish and left my pedicure ugly and bumpy. After that it seemed that the ladies were talking among each others to decide who was going to do my manicure. The person who finally did my manicure did not seem like she wanted to do it she made a couple of snide comments was rude, and rushed through the manicure leaving dents on my nails from the gel manicure. I was visiting my daughter, and we had been to this salon once before. The first time we went (a year or two ago), the service was good, ladies were nice and we were happy. Tonight, when we came in, only one other customer was there, and two ladies who worked there were sitting in the pedicure chairs on their phones. We asked if we could each get pedicures and one basic manicure. They said yes, but seemed annoyed. (It was not near closing time.) Throughout the visit, the ladies were not polite, never spoke to us, were rough, and I left with two of my toes bleeding slightly. I am not sure what changed in the past year or two, but I was extremely disappointed with both the quality and the customer service. We paid over $120 and were treated like an inconvenience.
