The soup was full of them. So what did I do? I went to another restaurant down the street today, ordered the same thing. I paid 16 euro versus 20 euro at Le Serac. Zero parasites. The restaurant kitchen needs to properly WASH, purge, and sift these mussels. Patrons don't want this "extra" feature of parasites. Not normal. No thanks for the gaslighting and making me think this is normal. Le Serac needs to change their supplier and test their dishes before serving. Take this as constructive criticism. NO other restaurants I went to in Chamonix had over 40 parasites. I paid the 40 euro for my meal -- not expecting a refund, just honesty and cleanliness.
