They have three different patties but I went with the good ole classic beef burger. You get 5 free toppings (fresh or grilled) so I went with lettuce, a sweet onion compote which was fantastic, and zucchini. I like to get pesto on my burger and this was the first place I had it and it blew my mind, super good. Meat is fresh, veggies are fresh and the bun is decent. The place is still pretty new (they opened in January 2013) so they are still improving and getting better every time. Wait time can be a bit long sometimes as they are often training new staff. A good burger spot in the center of Bordeaux and a guaranteed good meal.
