Le Marché is a French-inspired market that is a recent addition to the Edgewater neighborhood (Clifton Blvd). It is connected to La Ville Lumière and has the same ownership. While at the market, I overheard the owner sharing that the market was inspired by similar establishments in New York City that were missing from Cleveland's gourmet scene. AMBIANCE: The market is very simple single space with shelving and fridges. La Ville Lumière is directly connected to the market. There is currently no seating at the market to savor your croissants or crepes. Small indoor or outdoor (seasonally) seating would be much appreciated. INVENTORY: This is an ideal place to visit if you are curating a charcuterie board or gifting someone a refined wine bottle for dinner. The inventory includes various wines and sparkling choices (like Dom Perignon), finest European cheeses, crackers, salami, tea, cookies, sardines, olive oil, gift cards, and a little more. It's a perfect location if you frequently entertain. The cheeses seemed to be reasonably priced considering the uniqueness and quality (some as low as $8). If you love discounts, you can sign up for rewards by entering your email. You'll get $5 off after spending $100. If you're shopping for gift certificates, your gift certificates will be honored at Le Marché and La Ville Lumière. CAFE: The cafe offers various menu items - sweet and savory crepes, baguette sandwiches, and raclette. Croissants and sweets are also available at the market. I had every intention of starting my day with a croissant but ended up selecting raclette since so few places in the city offer it. There are also various coffees available - drip coffee and specialty drinks. My order included You'll Shoot Your Eye Out Red Eye Coffee ($7.80 for 20 oz) and Jambon Cru Raclette ($16.64). The coffee was very smooth but I wouldn't say it was strong. I was also in vacation mode, so maybe it was just me. Jambon Cru Raclette was excellent! Hearty, using highest quality ingredients, and very generous with ingredients. I love the use of little pickles and some tasty mustard. It was everything raclette should be and more! The meal was a little pricey but worth it. I took it to go since there wasn't any seating. SERVICE: The service was very friendly. You can feel the newness and a sense or things still being figured out. I liked that the staff greeted everyone and even offered cheese advice. The service was very quick even food prep. PARKING: There is no dedicated parking lot but Clifton is known for having plenty of street parking. I liked my time at this market, it reminded me of others around the city offering refined beverages and eats. I look forward to returning to the market to try more raclette options. I recommend that you also visit for bites or entertaining.

This is a cute shop that has great potential. I'm excited to see how it blooms. I got a hard chai and a jambon cru raclette (ham sandwich). The sandwich was really good, but the cheese that the worker talked up was non existent. It's supposed to have an alpine cheese melted on top. A good size for a sandwich. The chai tasted like warm milk. It's really hard to find a good chai with a strong flavor. So I wont judge them to harshly. The market has a small but cool collection of wines, cheeses, and French goodies. I will be back after they have settled in. Excited to try the crepes.

The drinks were strong and I liked that you could try a small pour of multiple wines. The bar is stunning and as an avid cheetah print lover I had to snap a pic of the adorable bathroom that was also very clean and well stocked. Fantastic Wine Bar Experience in Rocky River!…read more My girlfriend and I visited this past Sunday in the mood for charcuterie and wine, and everything was excellent. We both ordered the Moscato, enjoyed a charcuterie board with a delicious selection of meats and cheeses, and each of us had a bowl of their soup of the day - roasted red pepper soup. Everything was perfectly prepared and flavorful. During the holidays, the wine bar transforms into the Nutcracker Wine Bar, and it's tastefully and beautifully decorated. The shelves above the bar are adorned with nutcrackers, and the ceiling is covered with big, stunning gold ornaments--it's a magical, festive atmosphere that makes the experience even more special. This spot is a must-visit for a relaxing afternoon of great food, wine, and holiday charm--we'll definitely be back!

FOOD -- I ordered the Slow Braised Pork ($22) which includes sweet potato gnocchi, fennel, crispy sage, and apple cider glaze. This was a delicious and very hearty meal. I hardly eat pork so I'm glad that I enjoyed the dish. The sweet potato gnocchi was perfectly paired with the pork. Everything in the dish just blended well together. All my friends enjoyed their food too, from the meatballs, calamari, burger with fries, ratatouille, and more. I nibbled on a few of them and loved it especially the wagyu meatballs. The food was all full of flavour. Service was nice all afternoon as the server came to check on us a few times including refilling our water glasses. MINI GOLF -- Head downstairs to play some games. You pay a fee and are then given score sheets. A friend's friend had surprisingly paid for all of us and I had no idea until the next day (for some reason I thought the mini golf was included in the lunch cost...LOL). Each golf game has a different course with some being more challenging than others. I recommend Birdietown Mini Golf and Lounge for a fun day of mini golf plus lunch. I can see myself coming back again. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 48/250 total reviews in 2026 - 889 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 24 April 2026

We have 8-10 people so they just had us split into two, which was fine. The vibe was great, felt very upscale. My group mostly got mocktails. I felt like for just juice it was definitely over priced, because I felt like I was just drinking lemonade as we were playing mini golf. We only paid to play the upstairs holes, and it was good enough for us. We did not make a reservation for dinner which we regretted, but they were able to get us two tables in the downstairs area. Not a traditional seating, it was very comfy with one side being a booth and the otherwise having two comfy lounge chairs. I ordered the chicken sandwich, which was large and delicious. The chicken was well fried and the bread was so good. The fries were good, but the aioli was 12/10, so so so good! The food did take some time to come, but they were busy and were kind enough to find a spot for us. I told the staff it was someone birthday in our group and they brought a special birthday dessert which we al tried and it was great. Their menu is worth the price and the vibe is definitely jeans and a nice shirt, or a casual dress. Perfect for date night or a birthday dinner, and I look forward to coming back. The TLDR: staff was really nice, food was great, mocktails a little expensive, and the mini golf was super fun.

When we walked in, we stood by the door for 10 mins waiting for someone to talk to us. The crowd ranges from busy to minimal and we received pretty good service both times. It can be kind of difficult because there are typically 10 of us so I think we typically have to wait a bit, but they do a pretty good job handling us. This place is very divey but still enjoyable. They have an assortment of vintage hanging lamps above the tables and that is my favorite detail. They have had some kind of music going on every time that we go, which I think would be fun if we weren't there for book club. I definitely want to come back here a time when I'm not discussing a book lol but the music is never too loud that we can't have a conversation. We are always here for happy hour and they have some great options. I always end up getting the $5 wine. They also make an excellent girl dinner with their house fries (basically Parmesan truffle fries) and chicken caesar salad. I have gotten this every time and I will continue to get it because it is perfect. I definitely suggest Wine Dive if you're looking for a fun easy place to go for happy hour!

A little elevated, but still a dive. They have a large wine list, including bottles, wine by the glass, and some draft wines. The place is pretty spacious. I believe it encompasses the old El Carnicero restaurant and another bar that must have been next door. Seems like that took down a wall to make a really big spot. They have two bars and a small stage for bands, etc. The real surprise was the food. We just got a few things to snack on and couldn't stop. The sweet chili fried cauliflower was absolutely delicious. Probably one of the best fried cauliflowers that I've had in a long time. It was super crunchy with just the right amount of sauce. It was not soggy at all. We also got the popcorn. I forgot what the seasoning on it was, but it was addictive. Last we got some truffle Parmesan fries. They came with two sauces, one was a spicy mayo and the other I can't remember. Both sauces were great to dip the fries in and the large Parmesan pieces were a delight. Definitely a cool place in Lakewood to host an event or see a show.

I visited with a friend, Olga, in April 2023 and we had a lovely time chatting on the comfortable chairs or sofas. On the day we visited, Wyne Tasting Bar collaborated with Paint Nail Salon. On that day, anyone who purchased a drink or snack could get their nails painted for free so that was fun to experience especially since I haven't been to Paint Nail Bar before. We also got to purchase a $5 glass of mimosas as part of this Paint Nail Bar collaboration. I visited specifically to get my nails painted for free but I stayed to enjoy this business. While I didn't have a glass of wine, there are plenty of drink options to choose from so I'm sure you'll find one that you love. I visited this wine bar on multiple occasions including most recently during Lakewood Chocolate Walk. AMBIANCE: Wine market meets casual wine bar. Dainty tables between wine aisles, small bar, and enclosed patio-like are your seating options. Most guests seem to be friend groups. Vibes and dress are casual. The building houses Rozi's Wine on the lower level, and various offices on the other floors. The includes beauty salon, and medical services. If you're visiting the building for any of the service you can just easily take the elevator down to Rozi's. Cook Office Building is supposedly haunted! WINE: Rozi's has a huge variety of wine for all budgets. There is a section of under $20 wines. Then an aisle away there is Dom Perignon. They also sell various beers from all the world (on tap and in cans). You can purchase wine by the bottle or by glass. I always opt into the glass option, which usually costs $10-12. You can also try samples to see if you'll like an entire bottle or glass. New options are constantly added to the menu. I tried the new orange wine from Sicily, Italy ($11). It was okay but not a favorite. It was pretty bland to me, not bold like I'd expect. Then again I have never had orange wine so take this with a grain of salt. I haven't yet discovered any memorable wines here. SERVICE: The service is transactional. I never feel like I can engage in a conversation about wine. I wish there would be more warmth. If you're looking for wine before dining on Detroit Road or need a bottle to go, this is your place. It's the only locally owned place I've seen on the West Side with such extensive selection.
