Great location and delicious drinks. My friend wanted to sit on the balcony on the 2nd floor and get drinks. So we went upstairs and were seated on the balcony. At first, it feels a bit scary since we sit right at the edge, but as long as you think you can trust the building and enjoy the view, it's a fun experience. Great place for drinks and either appetizer or dessert since the menu items are pretty expensive. Great service too with Kevin as our waiter. The other employees were welcoming and friendly. I ordered the Chaya naranja since I wanted to try all the chaya drinks at everywhere I go in Merida. It was refreshing and delicous. My friends ordered a kiwi mojito (refeshing but needed a little more alcohol) and a mezcal drink (too strong, popsicle and flower were nicely presented). Both drinks were photogenic and we had to take pictures with the balcony view. We also ordered a postre or dessert, mousse guayaba. The texture is a little thicker than what we know as mousse and I liked it. It has a slight guava flavor and it's pretty sweet. It also had salty cheese on top. I enjoyed the dessert and my friends thought it was ok. Bathrooms are clean. The women bathroom does not have a toilet seat (kind of typical in Mexico) but it was clean enough to cover with toilet paper. First off a little hard to notice as it is upstairs but once you go in it is beautiful amazing decore and tastefully done the staff are great we had Kevin as out server he was excellent and spoke English and Spanish. He was able to describe the food perfectly and give great recommendation's. he was very polite and knew the menu very well. We started with smoothies I had pineapple my fiancé had raspberry both were great the raspberry was a little better. My fiancé had a tuna sandwich with pesto and a side of fries she best fries I've had in Mexico fresh cut twice fried. The sandwich is fresh sliced tuna and is on fresh bread. I had a breakfast fit for a king an omelette on a crispy cheese hash browned potato's with a side of fresh greens and a chefs made vinaigrette (amazing) I added Some bacon I think it is made in house it is chopped and tasted like Canadian back bacon. I added a glass of fresh orange juice so tasty all the staff were so nice I can not say enough great things about this place I can not wait to return. They also have a private area you can book as well as an area to take selfies and photos this is a new place only about 1 month and you need to go!!! And the prices are great too!!! read more
