So yes, the ordering screen at the entrance could be clearer (really, you need a diploma to navigate that thing, definitely not user-friendly) but the concept is nice. Once you have managed to understand the screens, you can move on to the desserts and drinks (free-refills yeah!) and wait for your order. And this is were my three-stars come in... The three young persons behind the counter didn't seem to care too much about hygiene and quality of what they give you which is really a shame when you advertise good, fresh local produces. Half of the lettuce in my salad were old brown un-eatable leaves and please, when you sneeze, don't do it in your sleeve and do go wash your hands afterwards... I understand that you're trying to save spending on all ends but to promote your (great) concept better you could at least hire (or train) better people behind the counter. It is nice to have a big name as executive chef on all your menus, but really... it's not enough!
