Perfect spot for design, history and cat lovers, Le Logis Blanc is in the small village of Coursan outside of Narbonne, on the Aude River. It's a special spot.
Muriel who runs the b&b is a friendly French Gen X former fashion industry veteran who has created a unique business. The top floor of her turn of the century village home circa 1800s, three flights up, is a floor just for guests. We rented two rooms so we had access to the whole floor and a small kitchen with adorable pink Smeg fridge, to store our food. She only has the two rooms to rent, so it's a very intimate lodging experience albeit in a large village house. She lives on the second floor, and the cats live on whatever floor they choose!
The textiles, art and furniture she has assembled is clever, humorous and elegant: she has a real eye. The house has a lot of history, and if you are a good guest she may show you some special hidden secrets of the past.
