I am in Grenoble for a month and as such, I'm away from my studio and needed a place to practice. I found Le Hangar 38 and went there, a ten minute walk from the house. The owner who greeted me, has turned a car repair garage or some such, into a full fledged rehearsal and recording studio. It's REALLY cool, I was impressed. He personally takes care of everything and he has a lounge with drinks etc. The owner lives behind the studio and so, is always on hand. I only spent several hours rehearsing there but I'd have no hesitation to try his recording, mastering, or producing facilities. My wife, who asked around for me for a place, found nobody had heard of this place but it was on Yelp. so kudos to Yelp also!! read more
