The management company when I first moved in left a lot to be desired but over the last few months, the new management company has been incredible. Questions are addressed expeditiously, any concerns have been addressed and things are constantly improving. More events for tenants and all in all a better experience. I highly recommend it as a place to live, ESPECIALLY now that the management company is as good as the actual apartments.

The grounds are very clean and well maintained. The pool nice-sized and sits adjacent to a small beach. So when you're laying at the pool you can hear the waves from the lake...really nice. There were a number of small issues with the apartment that made our stay here more of a pain. The complex would benefit from a public washer and dryer instead of taking our dirty clothes to our family's house. My advice would be to actually see what your renting before you do rent. Do not rely on the internet for this place. Great view of the lake though that is why it got 2 stars.
