NO DOGS ALLOWED There is a polite and welcoming way to convey this information ... and then there is the way we were treated. We arrived at 19:30 on a Friday evening. There was a Garage waiter outside on his phone who held open the door for us and our dog. We were immediately halted by a member of the staff who pointed at the dog and waved his finger back and forth and pointed us to the door. Not a word. We did not find the "warm" and "welcoming" experienced mentioned here. FOR INFO: Le Garage is now an Irish Pub, as noted by the signs on the windows and everywhere and the darts and pints, rather than an American Bar. read more

This is a good meeting place for the early evening. The food is descent pub food, the beer prices are fair. However Le garage becomes a bit too crowded in the later parts of the evening to the point where it becomes unbearable: the device becomes stretched a bit too thin and nobody is able to have a decent conversation any longer. Thursday night is student night, not for any particular reason other than the student schedule. If you are looking for a good lively and loud night; Thursday. Le triangle definitely explodes with people. If that is not for you most other nights are more calm. Every so often they also hosted trivia nights, which were wonderful and decently challenging but fair to everyone. Overall worth a few visits at different times and different days. read more

Awesome place to meet up, have some drinks and pretty decent food, and listen to some live music. Every time I have gone, there have been tons of people from all over. Its a great place to meet people from different countries read more

RnR ! Lieux incontournable des soirées paloises, le Garage accueille une clientèle variée et internationale. Lieu résolument festif, si la musique est variée l'esprit lui, est rock. Et on en redemande ! La déco est originale et chaleureuse, l'ambiance pub bien présente. Les nombreux clients anglo-saxons et le staff anglophone y contribuent amplement. Plus calme en début de semaine, le jeudi (étudiant) et le vendredi (concerts) sont explosifs ! Lorsque le temps le permet (et de plus en plus depuis l'interdiction de fumer !), la clientéle déborde dans la rue, les gens se mèlent, le tout dans la bonne ambiance. Enfin, les repas qui y sont servis pour un prix très abordable sont copieux et savoureux. Les prix des cosommations ne sont pas plus élevés qu'ailleurs. J'y suis allé quelques fois et jamais déçu. Les serveurs et serveuses sont géniaux. Les plats proposes sont excellents. J'ai aimé moyennement le méga club mais c'est une question de goût car il est très bon mais à ce niveau de quantité ça m'a un peu écoeuré. Je répète c'est une question de goût les amateurs se régalerons sûrement. Je le recommande ça vaut le détour et même d'y aller exprès. read more

Le seul Quasiment l'un des seuls endroits de Pau dynamique, jeune et qui ne récupère pas tous les poivrots de la ville. Un décor très agréable, sympa, animé, musical, j'aime bien. read more
