We stumbled on Le Dit Vin and could not have been happier with the food, the service, the ambience and their kind welcome for notre chien. The restaurant is full of character and the menu very reasonably priced. If we are ever visit Aigues Mortes again, we will definitely pay a visit to this restaurant again.

I heard the owner tell a French couple from Paris that they need to be patient, and enjoy as they are "in the south now."
