===== 120th REVIEW =====
Le Foucrêpe's is located in the place des Héros, and I dropped in with some friends to get some hot chocolate and crêpes on a very, very cold day in Arras.
To start, the hot chocolate was too milky, and there was not enough of a chocolate-y taste, but it was still nice. I could appreciate how it was powder, as opposed to chocolate syrup. It came with small sugar cubes and a small plastic-wrapped biscuit.
I ordered the Tolberone crêpe. I'd be scared to order the "Kinder Surprise Crêpe" LOL.
The Tolberone crêpe was a disappointment. It was just a crêpe with what seemed to be chocolate sauce on it with a few bits of nougat. I don't know what I was expecting.
The staff was very nice, our server smelled funny though. The restrooms were very clean and the atmosphere was very comfortable. It's nice for a small lunch or snack, but not quite appropriate for other occasions like dinner. Not a very tourist-y restaurant either.
WiFi was available for the first part of lunch, but somehow it disappeared. I think the SSID was NETGEAR. They also accept VISA, with no tacked on fees. Great! read more
